随着高等职业教育成为高等教育的一支重要生力军，高职院校作为发展职业教育的重要载体之一，其学生思想政治素质的高低将直接影响着我国高技能人才的培养，并进而影响到我国工业化、现代化的进程。了解并掌握高职生的思想政治状况及特点，对于有针对性地开展思想政治工作，提升高职生的思想政治素质有重要意义。本文以晋城职业技术学院学生为研究对象，通过文献法、问卷法、调查法等方法收集资料，采用SPSS、Microsoft Excel软件对获得的数据进行统计分析，得出晋城职业技术学院学生思想政治素质的基本现状，并对此展开分析探讨和对策研究。本文认为在高职生的思想政治教育问题上，高职院校、社会、家庭和学生四方，各自应当负起相应的责任。高职院校作为主阵地、主课堂、主渠道，应当准确适应社会发展的形势要求，充分考虑社会需求和高职生个人发展需要，努力推进思想政治教育的创新，全面营造思想政治工作的大框架，不断增强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性；学生作为思想政治教育工作的承载对象，要注重对自身社会责任感的长期培养，尤其应强化在校学习期间筑牢思想政治素质基础的重要性和紧迫感，在积极的社会实践中不断提高思想政治素养；社会应从建立健全机制以及增强制度的执行力入手，协调各方力量，真正构造促进人的全面发展的大环境、大氛围；家庭应继续有效演绎启蒙教育阶段的角色发挥，参与到学生成长阶段的教育特别是思想政治教育中来，成为思想政治工作的另一重要力量。

As the higher professional education become a important new force of higher education, as the important carrier of vocational education, the ideological and political quality of Higher vocational college students directly affects the cultivation of highly skilled talents, and further affects the process of industrialization in our country. To know and master the political ideological situation and trait of the higher vocational college students is significant to relatively to educate them in ideology and politics and improve their quality. This paper takes students at JINCHENG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY as research subject, and use the methods of literature, questionnaire, investigation etc. to collect the data, and use the softwares of SPSS13.0, Microsoft Excel to analyze the acquires data to conclude the basic condition of the ideological and political quality of JINCHENG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, and reflects the times change of the ideological and political quality of the local higher vocational college students, basis on this to do the analysis and countermeasure research of ideological and political quality of higher vocational college students.This paper considers that in the question of the education in ideological and political, higher vocational college, society, family and student ought to bear respective obligation. As the main land, main classroom, main channel, the higher vocational college should adapt to the situation requires of the social development and to give full consider to the social need and high vocational students’ personal development，try best to promote innovation of Ideological and political education and fully construct a big frame of ideological and political work and constantly enhance the directness and effectiveness of the ideological education; As the bearing object of ideological and political work, student ought to chronically develop personal social responsibility, especially should to strengthen the importance and sense of urgency to construct Ideological politics quality in the school period, and constantly develop it in the actively social practice; Society should to start with constructing whole mechanism and developing the execution of the system, harmonize all quarters strength and really construct big environment and atmosphere to promote people's all-round development; the family should continue to play a role in the formative education stage effectively, take part in the education of growth stage, especially for ideological political education and to be another major force.
