就业压力大是我国长期面临的突出矛盾,目前就业形势日趋严峻。由于产业结构变动及全球化导致的市场竞争加剧,灵活就业领域日益扩大。随着灵活就业的发展,灵活就业人员已经日益成为一个不容忽视的规模巨大的社会群体,灵活就业人员的社会保障问题也日益突出。本文从我国的现实出发,参考借鉴国外经验,从分析国内外灵活就业入手,结合荷兰在处理灵活就业及灵活就业人员社会保障方面的经验,进行了深入的分析和探索。在此基础上,提出了一些思考和建议。 |

For a long period, China has met severe challenge for employment. At present, employment situations are becoming gradually stern. Because of industrial restructuring and globalization, market competitions are becoming aggravating. Flexible employment is enlarging increasingly. With the development of flexible employment, flexible employees have become increasingly a large and large-scale social group, which can’t be neglected. The question of the social security for the flexible employees is becoming outstanding day by day. Based on the domestic situations of China and the lessons from other countries, especially Holland, the thesis analyzes and approaches one of the settlements of the social security for the flexible employees. |
