本文论述了金融是标志经济系统整体性强弱的经济实体，在柯布一道格拉斯生产函数中加入金融状况参数f,使之成为具有规模收益特征的生产函数;讨论了调节成本的另一种形式“寻资成本”,这种成本直接与金融状况相关在考虑了金融体系的这两种作用后,对已有的增长模型进行了重新讨论;在引入托宾的投资理论的基础上,对索洛模型进行了进一步的讨论;在一个新模型的基础上，对不发达经济及不发达金融体系的演化行为作了讨论。

This paper studies the financial effections on economic growth. 1.This paper shows that the global characteristic of economic system is marked by financial system; by using financial state parameter. f in Cobb-Douglas production function we make it with increasing returns of scale. 2.We discusses another kind of adjustment cost, this cost is related to financial state. 3.In addition, a new discussion is made on classical models of growth. 4.Through introducing Tobin’s “q”theory,Solow’s model is discussed. 5.Based on a new model, We discuss the development of undeveloped economy.
