本论文主要采用人种志的研究方法,对河南省某所师专院校学生的学校生活进行了描述和分析。 在文中,作者详细描述了该学校学生群体的学校生活事实,呈现了一种被极度规训的学生生活情景。作者深入到学校现场情境中,通过观察、访谈,并辅以学校行政文件支撑,通过学校和系班对学生的规章制度、对学生自组织的日常检查和班级管理的考察,发现每个学生的生活世界都在学校的“规训”下。而细腻的规训技术则是通过对身体的操练、时空的控制、后台控制(宿舍标准化)、仪表行为的整饬、教室查课、情感教育等手段,作用于那些被监视、训练与矫正的学生身上。这些都和福柯的“身体/权力”理论吻合。作为主体的个人,学生在“规训”下也出现了众生百相,分别呈现几种类型:积极型、承认型、“避让但不逃离”型、抵抗型等,表达自己对学校“规训”的感受。 学校学生的日常生活总是和一定的社会关系相联系。作者试图挖掘这种学校“规训”背后的教育社会学涵义,发现,这可能和学校发展实际(升本压力、生源质量差)、学校的培养目标、学生的素质特点等等因素都是紧密相关的。在同级同类学校中,这种规训普遍存在。 最后,作者对研究方法进行了反思,也阐述了研究过程的迷茫和研究局限。

In this thesis, the students’ school life of a teachers college in Henan Province have been presented and analyzed comprehensively and deeply based on the methodology of ethnography. The author describes the true situation of students whose school life are being disciplined to the utmost in this college. Placing myself into the school's true scene, I carried out my planned observation and interview carefully ,especially the daily inspection and supervision on class and individual, and collect relative documents, files, regulations and rules avaliable. Grounded on what I have done , I find that every student lives in a world “being disciplined” ,where each kind of exquisite discipline technique influences on those students being monitored, trained and rectified by means of body training, time-space control, back-stage domination (standardization dormitory), appearance and behavior integration, class check –up, and emotion education. All of above coincide with the Michel Foucaulth’s body/authority theory that an individual will appear diversely to show their reaction to school’s discipline after being disciplined.It is true that students’ school life must be closely related with their social life. What I want to reveal is the true significance of the school discipline from the perspective of sociology of education that school’s development level, target and quality of students may be the source. Finally, I reflect twice on my research problems and methodology, and share my confuse and limit of my study with all of the readers.
