系统性真菌感染临床表现不特异,并且实验室培养阳性率低,常常延误治疗,造成不良预后。本研究通过查阅系统性真菌感染患儿病案资料,使用SPSS进行描述、统计与分析,分析新生儿系统性真菌感染的种类与血小板数量的相关性,进行药敏结果的分析,对新生儿系统性真菌感染的诊断、病情评估、预防治疗等提供依据。我们的结果显示,近十年,深部真菌感染中,近平滑念珠菌成为比例最高的菌种。早产儿、极低体重儿、住院时间长的新生儿出现深部真菌感染的发病率显著相关。真菌感染患者比率相较于细菌感染患者,外周血血小板数量显著下降,是后者的两倍以上。真菌对氟康唑和两性霉素B5-氟胞嘧啶、伏立康唑等抗真菌药物呈现较高的敏感性,相比之下,对伊曲康唑的敏感性因菌种不同存在差异。这些真菌耐药和血小板数量的相关性研究为今后新生儿系统性感染进展评估提供了重要参考指标。

Clinical manifestations of Systemic Fungal Infections are not specific, and positive rate in laboratory tests is low, causing delayed diagnosis and poor prognosis. This study through access to systemic fungal infection in newborn with medical record data, using SPSS for description, statistics and analysis, analysis of neonatal systemic fungal infection of the types and the number of platelets correlationand the results of drug susceptibility, the diagnosis of neonatal systemic fungal infection, which provides the basis for condition assessment, prevention, treatment and so on. Our results indicate that for nearly 10 years, Candida parapsilosis to become the highest percentage of bacteria in Systemic Fungal Infections. Premature and Very Low Birth Weight Infant, newborns with long hospital stays are in the incidence of deep fungal infection. Between patients with fungal infection rates compared to patients with bacterial infections are a significant reduction in the number of peripheral blood platelet. The former is two times more than the latter. Fungi of fluconazole and amphotericin B, 5 - fluorine cytosine, voriconazole antifungal drugs, such as high sensitivity, by contrast, on the sensitivity of itraconazole with differences between different strains. These fungi resistant and platelet number of neonatal systemic infection for the future developments in research on correlation evaluation provides an important reference index.
