随着科技的不断发展,人工智能、大数据平台、AI算法等各种智能工具渗透进人们的日常生活和工作中。智能化工具不仅能为大家的生活提供便利,也为工作提高了效率节省了成本。在现代人力资源管理领域中,工作方式已经逐步从传统人力资源管理转向依赖于智能化操作系统的人力资源管理。尤其在招聘领域,企业借助其尖端的技术,在简历筛选过程中实现对候选人精确有效地匹配,在面试过程中AI自动化面试为企业节省面试投入的人力成本,数据分析能力为招聘管理的不断优化提供数据支撑。借助智能化操作工具,公司不仅吸引了更多优秀的人才,也降低了雇佣成本,帮助管理者更有效地组织和落地公司战略,提高公司的运营效率。 M公司是一家以自主研发、生产制造、零售服务为一体的制造型创业公司,自2019年推出第一款产品后获得市场广泛认可。随着产品需求量激增,公司进入组织规模的快速扩张期。规模扩张的背后是大量优秀候选人的招聘需求,这给招聘部门带来了极大的挑战。在当前的招聘效率下显然无法满足组织扩张所需要的人员供给,如何提高招聘效率成为公司当前最急需解决的问题。 本文通过研读国内外招聘效率相关文献,结合M公司实际情况,从招聘效率评价指标的四个维度出发,即招聘结果、招聘人员质量、招聘成本和招聘渠道与方法进行诊断。首先围绕四个维度进行问卷与访谈设计,其次通过研究分析公司现存招聘效率的问题及成因,剖析引入智能化招聘系统对招聘效率赋能动因,最终提出引入智能化招聘系统的招聘效率提升策略。分别是基于组织需要引入智能化招聘系统的各项能力,借助其系统能力重构招聘工作流程,吸引外部熟练驾驭智能招聘系统的专家为招聘团队赋能,最后通过其大数据分析能力,不断优化迭代系统工具及招聘管理流程。 在文末本文将引入智能化招聘系统前后的招聘效率进行对比,展示在其辅助下招聘效率的前后差异。得出企业在招聘管理过程中,应结合智能化招聘系统工具赋能招聘管理,从而高效完成目标的结论。希望通过以上研究,能在智能化招聘应用的角度对企业招聘效率的提升带来一些启示,同时为同行提供一些实践上的参考。 |

With the continuous development of science and technology, various intelligent tools such as artificial intelligence, big data platforms, and AI algorithms have penetrated into people's daily life and work. Intelligent tools can not only provide convenience for peoples life, but also improve work efficiency and save costs. In the field of modern human resource management, the working mode has gradually shifted from traditional human resource management to human resource management relying on intelligent operating systems. Especially in the field of recruitment, enterprises use their cutting-edge technology to achieve accurate and effective matching of candidates in the process of resume screening. During the interview process, AI automated interviews save enterprises the labor cost of interviews, and data analysis capabilities provide data support for the continuous optimization of recruitment management. With the help of intelligent operation tools, companies not only attract more outstanding talents, but also reduce employment costs, helping managers organize and implement company strategies more effectively, and improving the companies' operational efficiency. Company M is a manufacturing start-up integrating independent research and development, manufacturing, and retail services. It has been widely recognized by the market since the launch of its first product in 2019. With the surge in product demand, the company has ushered in a period of rapid expansion of organizational scale. Behind the scale expansion is the recruitment demand of a large number of excellent candidates, which has brought great challenges to the recruitment department. Under the current recruitment efficiency, it is obviously unable to meet the personnel supply required by organizational expansion. How to improve recruitment efficiency has become the most urgent problem for the company to solve. Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature on recruitment efficiency combined with the actual situation of Company M in the four dimensions of recruitment efficiency evaluation indicators, namely recruitment results, recruitment quality, recruitment costs, recruitment channels and diagnosis methods. First of all, questionnaires and interviews are designed based on the four dimensions. Secondly, through research and analysis of the company's existing recruitment efficiency problems and causes, the introduction of an intelligent recruitment system to empower recruitment efficiency is analyzed, and finally a recruitment efficiency improvement strategy is proposed by introducing an intelligent recruitment system. They are based on the needs of the organization to introduce various capabilities of the intelligent recruitment system, reconstruct the recruitment workflow with the help of its system capabilities, attract external experts who are skilled in controlling the intelligent recruitment system to empower the recruitment team, and finally use its big data analysis capabilities to continuously optimize Iterative system tools and recruitment management processes. At the end, this article will compare the recruitment efficiency before and after introducing the intelligent recruitment system, and show the differences in recruitment efficiency before and after having the assistance of this system. It is concluded that in the process of recruitment management, enterprises should combine intelligent recruitment system tools to empower recruitment management, so as to efficiently complete the goal. It is hoped that through the above research, it can bring some enlightenment to the improvement of enterprise recruitment efficiency from the perspective of intelligent recruitment applications, and at the same time provide some practical references for peers. |
