选拔和培养班干部是健全班集体的组织功能,促进班集体发挥应有作用的关键。学生干部是形成班集体的核心力量,是正确舆论的实践者,是班级行为规范的示范者,是各项活动的带头人。班级的凝聚力与这只队伍的数量和质量是分不开的。但传统的班干部管理制度中却有诸多弊端,其核心是不能为所有学生提供锻炼、发展和成功的机会,不利于调动全体学生的积极性和主动性,不利于自主能力的培养。 班级自主管理是一种体现教育民主化精神的教育模式,在提倡素质教育的今天应当广泛倡导。本文结合已有研究和优秀教师班级管理案例,探讨和总结出了高中班级自主管理模式下班干部选拔和培养的策略。在班级自主管理模式下,可以采取多班长策略、班长组阁策略、责任承包策略等方法选拔班干部。培养班干部一方面要做好班干部的思想工作,激发学生做班干部的兴趣,做班干部的坚实后盾,化解班干部之间的矛盾;另一方面,要使用与培养相结合,培养班干部的自制能力,锻炼班干部解决问题的能力,并帮助班干部树立威信。最后,本文还列举了选拔和培养班干部的一些注意事项。

Selecting and training class cadre is the key to improve the collective organizational functions of class and promote the class group to play its due role. Student leaders play the roles of core strength to form a class, practitioners of correct opinion, the demonstration of class codes of conduct, leaders of every activity. Class cohesion is inseparable from its quantity and quality. However, there are many drawbacks in the traditional class cadre management system. It cannot provide chances of training, developing and success for all students, and not conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of all students, and not conducive to the cultivation of autonomy. It should be widely promoted in the promotion of quality education, because class self-management education model reflects the spirit of democratization of education. This paper explores and sums cadre selection and training strategy in self-management model of senior secondary classes, according to some existed research and outstanding teachers’ class management cases. We can take the strategy of multi-monitor, the monitor cabinet, responsibility contracted to selection class cadre in class self-management mode. In order to training class cadre, head teachers, on one hand, should do ideological work of class cadres, inspiring students to do class cadre, being the solid backing of the class cadre, resolving the contradiction between class cadres. On the other hand, head teachers should use class cadres combined with training, developing class cadres’ self-control ability, exercising class cadres’ problem-solving skills and helping class cadres’ to establish the credibility. At last, this article also lists some of the considerations for selecting and training class cadre.
