对家校冲突如若不能科学管理,家校冲突产生的消极影响会削弱家校的良性关系及彼此信任,重者还会破坏学生的成长环境。对于需要自主招生运营的国际学校来说,因家校冲突产生的社会对国际学校的负面评价更是阻碍国际学校发展的致命打击。对于有国际学校求学需求的家庭来说更是不知所措,所以对于家校冲突的科学管理意义重大,也是国际学校管理迫切需要解决的任务。冲突管理是管理学研究的较新领域。本文拟将冲突管理理论和方法应用于国际学校的家校冲突研究。对于冲突科学有效管理的前提是找到引起冲突和影响冲突发展的关键因素。本文用冲突管理相关理论和方法结合国际学校家校冲突案例进行分析研究,以 H 国际学校 家校冲突的案例为案例依据,结合科塞的功能性理论和安全阀理论,剖析 H 国际学校家校 冲突的性质特点及互动冲突理论-罗宾斯冲突过程模型冲突三要素理论,为成因分析的基 础理论,根据产生冲突的前提的三个要素“沟通”“结构”“个人因素”三个方面提炼出 影响 H 国际学校家校冲突成因的的一般因素与具体因素“沟通”、“文化”、“背景”、 “利益”、“环境”、“情绪”与“价值观”。针对 H 国际学校的特点提出了家校冲突管 理的目标为建立和谐家校关系及处理家校冲突的原则方法为家校冲突积极转化:‘有’向 ‘无’转变;‘消极’向‘积极’转变;以求学生利益最大化。同时根据影响 H 国际学校 家校冲突的因素,给出可以处理解决学校现存的和可能发生的家校冲突问题的对策。因家校沟通因素影响的冲突采取的对策包括:培训教师冲突预判意识、完善班主任沟通渠道以形成家校冲突安全阀、换位思考减少文化差异、掌握沟通技巧、搞清楚冲突行为发起方的最终目的、文化智力培训。因家校结构因素影响的冲突采取的对策包括:完备学校管理架构与制度、制度透明公开、家校共建迎合社会大背景、营造积极社会舆论。因家校个人因素影响的冲突采取的对策包括:积极情绪营造轻松沟通环境、家委会家长讲座统一价值观、情绪智力培训。

 Without scientific management of home-school conflict, the negative impact of home-school conflict will weaken the healthy relationship and mutual trust between home and school, and even destroy the growth environment of students. For international schools that need independent recruitment operations, negative social evaluation of international schools caused by home-school conflicts is a fatal blow to hinder the development of international schools. For families who have the need to study in international schools, they are at a loss. Therefore, scientific management of home-school conflicts is of great significance, and it is also an urgent task for international school management to solve.

Conflict management is a relatively new field of management research. This paper intends to apply the theories and methods of conflict management to the study of home-school conflict in international schools. The premise of scientific and effective conflict management is to find the key factors that cause conflict and influence its development. This paper analyzes and studies family-school conflict cases in international schools with relevant theories and methods of conflict management, takes the family-school conflict case of H international school as the casebasis,and combines  Kosse's  functional  theory  and  safety  valve  theory to  analyze  the  nature  and characteristics of home-school conflict in H international school and the three-element conflict theory of interactive conflict theory - Robbins conflict process model. As the basic theory of cause analysis, it extracts the general and specific factors that affect the cause of home-school conflict in H International School from the three aspects of "communication", "structure" and "personal factors", which are the three elements of the premise of conflict: "communication", "culture", "background", "interests", "environment", "emotion" and "values". Aiming at the characteristicsof H International School, this paper puts forward the goal of home-school conflict management, which is to establish a harmonious family-school relationship and to deal with the principle and method of home-school conflict to actively transform the family-school conflict: 'exist' to 'none'; 'Negative' to 'positive'; In order to maximize the interests of students. Meanwhile,according to  the  factors  that  affect  the   family-school   conflict  in  H  international  School,  it  gives  the countermeasures to deal with the existing and possible family-school conflict in H international school.Suitable measures taken for conflicts affected by family-school communication factors include: training teachers' awareness of conflict foresight,improving communication channels of homeroom teachers to form the value of family-school conflict, reducing cultural differences by perspective-taking, mastering communication skills, clarifying the ultimate goal of the initiator of conflict behaviors, and cultural intelligence training.Improve the school management structure and system. The countermeasures taken for conflicts affected by home-school structure include: transparency and openness of the system, home-school co-construction catering to the social background, and building positive social public opinion. Countermeasures for conflicts affected by personal factors at home and school include: creating a relaxed communication environment with positive emotions, giving lectures to parents of the family committee to unify values, and emotional intelligence training.
