企业日常工作中离不开大量的正式及非正式沟通。保障沟通顺畅、降低沟通成本、提高沟通效果,是企业运营过程中必须要解决的重要问题。企业各主体之间的良好沟通,能够有效保证企业日常工作的良好运转,推动企业经营战略目标的实现。因此,对于企业沟通管理的研究与实践至关重要。

本文选择了国内大型国有集团的总部C公司作为研究对象,对其沟通管理工作量较大、存在问题较多的综合管理部门进行深入研究。本文通过对企业沟通管理的研究和分析,旨在为企业沟通管理提供有价值的参考和建议,提高企业沟通管理及企业管理的整体效率和质量。本研究采取了问卷调查法、访谈法及案例分析,对企业沟通管理的现状、问题和拟解决方案进行了分析和探讨。

本文以C公司综合管理部为例,基于企业沟通管理概念以及沟通要素等理论基础,结合巴纳德社会系统组织理论以及冲突管理理论,从组织协作系统、关键经理人因素、组织平衡等角度出发,设计了调查问卷,并进行了专题访谈。本文根据调查问卷、专题访谈结果,总结出了沟通渠道不畅通、沟通氛围有待提高、沟通方式相对单一、内部协调组织能力效率偏低、沟通反馈效果差这五大类沟通管理问题。剖析出了领导专制作风严重、企业人文文化缺失、沟通管理机制不健全、组织内部沟通不平衡、沟通技巧欠缺这五大类根本原因。针对上述问题及原因,从提高管理者沟通管理认知和技能、消除部门内部沟通障碍、丰富沟通管理渠道、完善内部制度和沟通机制、增强员工沟通技巧培训这五个方面入手,提出了具有针对性和实施性的优化方案,以提升综合管理部沟通效果,促进企业日常工作的良好运转。

本文的研究结果表明,企业沟通管理的优化是必要的,通过理论联系实践进行详细分析并给出改进方案,以强化有效沟通并消除沟通障碍,对提高企业管理效率和质量具有重要作用。本文提出的优化方案除了对于C公司具有重要参考意义之外,同时因为本研究对象所涉及的沟通管理问题是大型企业内部沟通管理普遍面临的共性问题与典型问题,所以对其他企业的沟通管理也具有一定参考意义。

A lot of formal and informal communication is necessary in the daily work of enterprises. Ensuring smooth communication, reducing communication cost and improving communication effect are important issues that must be solved in the process of enterprise operation. Good communication between the main body of the enterprise can effectively ensure the good operation of the daily work of the enterprise and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Therefore, the research and practice of enterprise communication management is very important.

In this paper, C Company, the headquarters of a large state-owned group in China, is selected as the research object to conduct an in-depth study on its comprehensive management department with heavy workload of communication management and many problems. Through the research and analysis of enterprise communication management, this paper aims to provide valuable references and suggestions for enterprise communication management, improve the overall efficiency and quality of enterprise communication management and enterprise management. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey, interview and case analysis to analyze and discuss the current situation, problems and proposed solutions of enterprise communication management.

Taking the General Management Department of C Company as an example, based on the theoretical basis of the concept of enterprise communication management and communication elements, combined with Barnard's Social System Organization Theory and Conflict Management Theory, this paper designs a questionnaire and conducts a special interview from the perspectives of organizational cooperation system, key manager factors and organizational balance. Based on the results of questionnaires and thematic interviews, this paper summarizes five types of communication management problems, namely, unimpeded communication channels, communication atmosphere to be improved, relatively simple communication methods, low efficiency of internal coordination and organization, and poor communication feedback effect. This paper analyzes five fundamental reasons: serious autocratic style of leadership, lack of enterprise humanistic culture, imperfect communication and management mechanism, imbalanced internal communication and lack of communication skills. In view of the above problems and reasons, from the five aspects of improving the cognition and skills of managers in communication and management, eliminating communication barriers within the department, enriching communication and management channels, improving internal systems and communication mechanisms, and enhancing the training of employees' communication skills, a targeted and implementable optimization plan is proposed to improve the communication effect of the comprehensive management department, and to promote the good operation of daily work of the enterprise.

The results of this paper show that the optimization of enterprise communication management is necessary, through the theory and practice of detailed analysis and improvement plan, to strengthen effective communication and eliminate communication barriers, has an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of enterprise management. The optimization scheme proposed in this paper not only has important reference significance for C company, but also has certain reference significance for the communication management of other enterprises because the communication management problems involved in this research object are common and typical problems commonly faced by the internal communication management of large enterprises.
