青少年抑郁情绪作为一种消极心理发展结果受到众多研究者的关注，在抑郁情绪的众多影响因素中，本研究拟探讨浪漫关系中自我同一性及满意度对青少年抑郁情绪的影响。本研究采用乌得勒支同一性承诺管理量表、关系评估量表以及流调中心抑郁量表调查35对处于浪漫关系的青少年异性情侣，他们来自国内北方某城市某高中，通过填写纸质版或网络版问卷完成调查。本研究基于成对数据分析的主客体互倚模型，探讨浪漫关系中的自我同一性、关系满意度以及抑郁情绪的关系。结果显示，青少年情侣的承诺可以负向预测自身的抑郁情绪，承诺越多，越不容易产生抑郁情绪；但承诺对伴侣抑郁情绪的预测作用不显著；青少年情侣的重新考虑承诺可以正向预测自身的抑郁情绪，重新考虑承诺越多，青少年越容易产生抑郁情绪，但重新考虑对伴侣抑郁情绪的预测作用不显著；青少年情侣浪漫关系满意度和自身抑郁情绪之间为双向预测，但浪漫关系满意度和伴侣抑郁不是双向预测，只有抑郁情绪可以预测伴侣浪漫关系满意度。 青少年浪漫关系中自我同一性与关系满意度均会影响青少年抑郁，并且对自身和伴侣的影响不同。这为进一步理解青少年浪漫关系对抑郁的影响提供了新的思路和参考。

Adolescent depression as a negative psychological development result has attracted the attention of many researchers. In the many influencing factors of depression, this study intends to explore the influence of ego identity and romantic relationship satisfaction on depression.This study used U-MICS, RAS and CES-D surveyed 35 pairs heterosexual adolescent couples,they were all high school students and completed the survey by filling out a paper version or an online version of the questionnaire. This study is based on APIM model, to explore the influence of ego identity and romantic relationship satisfaction on depression. The results indicated that the commitment of adolescent couples predict their own depression negatively, but they do not predict the depression of their partners significantly. The reconsideration of commitment of adolescent couples predict their own depression positively, but they do not predict the depression of their partners significantly. The relation between romantic relationship satisfaction and their own depression is bidirectional. Romantic relationship satisfaction predict their own depression negatively, and depression predict their own romantic relationship satisfaction. But only depression can predict their partner’s romantic relationship satisfaction. Ego identity in romantic relationships and relationship satisfaction both affect adolescents' depression and have different effects on themselves and their partners. This provides a new way for understanding the impact of adolescent romantic relationships on depression.
