本研究的的目的是探索进食障碍患者的箱庭作品特征以及探讨箱庭疗法对进食障碍患者的治疗机制,研究包括两个部分。 进食障碍患者的箱庭特征研究。采用实验组对照组设计,对有无进食障碍以及有无暴食催吐患者的初始箱庭作品进行分析。其中进食障碍患者24名以及非进食障碍患者23名,均为女性。结果发现:(1)对于未成年的进食障碍患者来说,有进食障碍组的制作时间显著高于无进食障碍组。在成年进食障碍患者中,两组没有明显的差异。(2)有无进食障碍组在玩具总数、无生命玩具、动物玩具、卡通动漫玩具、照明物玩具、自然景观玩具、其它玩具的使用数目上存在显著差异。其中,在玩具总数、无生命玩具、动物玩具、卡通动漫玩具、自然景观玩具、其它玩具使用数目上,有进食障碍组显著低于无进食障碍组。在照明物玩具使用数目上,有进食障碍组均显著高于无进食障碍组;(3)会有更多的进食障碍患者展现食物主题,并且这类患者往往伴有很大的情绪以及行为问题;(4)在触摸沙环节,进食障碍组患者在表层动沙显著高于无进食障碍患者;在制作环节,进食障碍组患者在不动沙这个维度上显著高于无进食障碍患者,在大幅动沙这个维度上显著低于无进食障碍患者且进食障碍患者不会出现破坏性动沙已经无意义动沙的行为;(5)进食障碍患者作品的整合性、充实性、动力性、流畅性稍低于无进食障碍的被试。有暴食催吐的进食障碍患者较无暴食催吐的进食障碍患者充实性较低。 箱庭疗法对进食障碍的治疗机制探讨。采用文献及个案研究法,通过前人对进食障碍患者的干预以及本文研究者对该类患者的初始箱庭治疗基础上,对在疾病不同阶段的治疗侧重点以及机制进行探讨,研究发现:(1)进食障碍患者急性期的箱庭治疗主要的侧重点为:减少极端行为,处理与进食障碍相关的心理教育工作,处理患者阻抗;(2)在进食障碍患者的恢复期,治疗师干预的侧重点为:处理对改变体型、体重的、自我价值等方面的负性情绪,规范巩固健康的饮食模式,对患者肥胖进行干预(暴食症);(3)在进食障碍患者的稳定期,治疗师干预的侧重点为:处理患者抑郁焦虑等共病,巩固疗效预防复发,改善患者的人格特征。

The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of sandplay Therapy in patients with eating disorders and to explore the therapeutic mechanisms of chamber therapy for patients with eating disorders, including two of these. The Study of Sandplay therapy characteristics of patients with eating disorders. The initial cases of the two groups were analyzed by the control group of the experimental group. The patients with eating disorders, the name and the non-eating disorders, are female. The results showed that: (1) For those with minor eating disorders, the group with eating disorders had a significantly longer time to make than those without eating disorders. In adults with eating disorders, there was no significant difference between the two groups.
