作为时代发展与社会文明进步的必然产物,新残疾人观开始登上历史舞台。新残疾人观,要求社会对残疾人不能仅仅停留在收养救济的层面,更要把残疾人当成一个完整的人来对待,要保障残疾人平等参与社会的权利,帮助他们实现自己的人生价值。这就是说,残疾人虽然生理上有缺陷,但他们在人格和精神上是完整的,他们有权利也有能力为社会的发展做出自己的贡献。要帮助残疾人实现自己的人生价值,有两个前提条件,首先人们要能正确看待残疾人,用公平的态度而不是歧视的态度对待残疾人;其次社会要为残疾人创造充分的支持性条件,保障残疾人获得参与社会的均等机会。 本研究采用问卷调查法和方差分析等统计分析法,以初高中聋生为研究对象,研究残疾人对新残疾人观的了解程度、认同与接纳程度,以及新残疾人观在他们所处社会中的可行性与实现程度。研究结果显示:1. 初高中聋生对新残疾人观的了解程度非常低,绝大部分聋生对新残疾人观并不了解。2. 初高中聋生对新残疾人观总体上持认同态度,绝大部分被试都能接纳这一种新观念。3. 新残疾人观的实现程度基本上令聋生满意,但是实现程度仍然不是很高,需要人们进一步的努力去按照新残疾人观来改造我们的社会。4. 网络、电视等媒介是初高中聋生了解新残疾人观的主要途径。 研究者还根据研究结果提出了一定的建议,并分析了本研究的不足之处。
外文摘要:
As the inevitable product of the era development and social progress, the new view on disabled is beginning to stage the history. The new view on disabled requires that the community can not only just stay in the level of adoption and relief for persons with disabled, but also treat them as a complete person and protect their right to equal participation in the society, as well as to help them to realize their life values. That is to say, although the disabled are defective in physical, but they are complete in personality and spirit, they also have the right even the ability to make their own contribution to the development of society. There are two prerequisites for us if we want to help them to realize their life values. First, people should be able to treat the disabled properly, with the fair attitudes rather than discriminatory attitudes towards them; second, the society should create enough supportive conditions for the disabled in order to guarantee their equal opportunities of participation the society. In this study, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis such as analysis of variance are used. It takes deaf students in middle and high school as the object. This study researches these problems such as their comprehension about the new view on disabled, their recognition and acceptance for the new view on disabled, and the feasibility and the reality of the new view on disabled in the society. The results are found as follows, 1.The deaf students in middle and high school have a very low comprehension about the new view on disabled. Most of deaf students don’t know the new view on disabled. 2. Most of deaf students in middle and high school are agree with the new view on disabled. 3. The deaf students are satisfied basically with the degree of realization of new view on disabled, but it’s also not high enough, so it requires us to do further efforts for rebuilding the society according to the new view on disabled. 4. Network and television become the main ways for deaf students to know the new view on disabled in middle and high school. According to the study the researcher made some recommendations and analyzed the inadequacies of it.
