明清易代之际，入仕清廷汉官群体的思想和抉择是管窥清初政治的重要视窗。由于儒家忠君观念等因素影响，清初汉官群体自我认同和朝野评判具有极为复杂的多重面向，特别是乾隆帝下旨编修《贰臣传》《逆臣传》以后，清初汉官群体的形象与评价愈加固化。通过两传的编修、刊行，乾隆帝在全国掀起了一场忠君的教化运动，把对君主绝对忠诚的重要性加以拔高，同时警醒那些仍然意图作乱之臣民。乾隆帝“卸磨杀驴”、“杀鸡儆猴”的做法从根本上否定了清初汉官中的“贰臣”、“逆臣”，使他们的一生都掩盖在不忠叛逆的阴影之下，而淡化了满洲势力在清初征服进程中的主导作用和清初汉官群体在清初政局中的作为和影响。论文以《贰臣传》《逆臣传》为中心，详悉考察明清易代、满汉对峙背景下形成的汉官特殊群体，深入探究这一群体的共性特征及在南北党争等重大历史事件中的动向与影响，从而为呈现清初汉官群体的群体特征和历史定位提供更加全面的认识。

During the transition from Ming to Qing dynasties, the thoughts and choices of the Han officials who entered the Qing court were an important window into the politics of the early Qing Dynasty. Due to factors such as the Confucian concept of loyalty to the monarch, the self-identity and judgment of the Han official group in the early Qing Dynasty had extremely complex multiple aspects, especially after Emperor Qianlong ordered the editing of the "Biography of Turncoat Officials" and "Biography of Rebel Officials", the image and evaluation of the Han official group in the early Qing Dynasty became more solidified. Through the editing and publication of the two biographies, Emperor Qianlong launched an education campaign of loyalty to the monarch throughout the country, elevating the importance of absolute loyalty to the monarch and alerting those who still intended to cause chaos. The practices of Emperor Qianlong, such as "shedding the mill and killing donkeys" and "killing chickens as a warning to monkeys", fundamentally negated the "turncoat officials" and "rebel officials" among the Han officials in the early Qing Dynasty, covering their entire lives under the shadow of disloyalty and rebellion, while downplaying the dominant role of Manchu forces in the early Qing conquest process and the role and influence of the Han official group in the early Qing political situation. The paper focuses on the "Biography of Turncoat Officials" and "Biography of Rebel Officials", and thoroughly examines the special group of Han officials formed under the background of the confrontation between the Ming and Qing dynasties and the Manchu Han dynasties. It delves into the common characteristics of this group and its trends and influence in major historical events such as the North South Party struggle. This provides a more comprehensive understanding of the group characteristics and historical positioning of Han officials in the early Qing dynasty.
