本文通过文献考证、文本细读等方法，研究何楷《诗经世本古义》一书之诗学思想，分析其创作意图，并通过与其他《诗经》学著作之比较，考察此书在学术史上之地位。第一章是对何楷生平及著述之考证。主要根据《明史》对何楷之记载，结合其与友朋交往之文献，考察其生平经历。根据公私书目，考察何楷著述存佚情况，并通过内证及现存文献纠正了早期书目中误载何楷《诗经世本古义》一书名字。在此基础上将何楷著述纳入其生平中，发现其入仕生涯，从未停止经学创作、寒暑不辍。可以想见何楷能创作出《诗经》学上百万余字大著作，与此不无关系。第二章是对《诗经世本古义》著述体例及诗学思想之考察。论述何楷对传统《诗经》“风”、“雅”、“颂”分类之不满，极力降低此分类之重要性，是为了减轻自己改变《诗经》文本所面对之压力。同时考察何楷诠释《诗经》时，奉行以诗为史之观念，其以28宿编排《诗经》，也是为了增加此文本之神圣性。因此得出何楷之断代很大程度上是以预设标准安排，而不是从文本出发的结论。第三章从学术史的角度考察《诗经世本古义》与前后著述之关系。通过分析其对《毛诗序》与《诗集传》之取舍，得出其本着尊经之前提倾向于《毛序》说，而驳斥朱子“淫诗说”。发现后世对于此书之训诂考证多有借鉴，却不满于其断代依据，其根本在于对其割裂圣典原貌之不满。从宋学到清学之演变，得出何楷解《诗》义理决定文献之特色，其写作此书之目的并非是纯学术性，而是本着经世致用。

The thesis is a comprehensive study of the book ’Historical Meanings about the Poems’ to analyze the writer’s intention and inspect the status of the book in the academic history through comparing with other books. Chapter I is a historical examination of He kai’s life and works. It analyzes two names of the book which is about the Poems and tell the reason of why one is wrong and the other right. It examines how many works written by He has still remained. During his official career, He Kai had kept on writing academic works.Chapter II is a brief study of the style and idea of ‘Historical Meanings about the Poems’. He Kai broke the original classification of ‘Book of Songs’, and restructure the text style. He Kai regarded the Poems from historical perspective. The use of lunarmansions shows the sanctity of the new book.Chapter III is engaged in analyzing the book’s academic history status. He Kai chose ‘Preface of Mao’ rather than Zhu Xi’s comments. The later scholars agreed with He Kai’s exegesis ,but repudiate the dating of poems. They thought ‘Book of Songs’ was compiled by Confucius ,so no one can alter the style. The goal of ‘Historical Meaning about the Poems’ is not only for academic but also for politics.
