为了探究政策变化对体育教学的实际影响，促进学生身心健康发展、提高体育教学质量、推广全民健身等方面的作用。本文以北京师范大学附属实验中学为例，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对该校初中师生进行了调研分析。得出了以下结论：

（1）该校初中体育教师和学生对北京市中考体育政策变化的认知、态度 和行为有以下特点：认知方面，教师和学生对新政策的内容和要求都有较为 清晰和全面的了解。态度方面，教师和学生对新政策都持有积极和支持的态 度。行为方面，教师和学生都积极适应和参与新政策的实施。

（2）北京市中考体育政策变化对该校体育教学有以下影响：新政策促进 了该校体育教学的创新和发展，提高了该校体育教学的质量和水平。

（3）新政策增强了学生对体育学科和体育运动技能的重视，提高了学生 参与体育课程和活动的积极性和主动性。

In order to explore the actual impact of policy changes on physical education teaching, promote the healthy development of students, improve the quality of physical education, and promote nationwide fitness, this paper takes Beijing Normal University Affiliated Experimental Middle School as an example and uses research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis to conduct a research analysis on the middle school teachers and students. The following conclusions were drawn:

（1）The middle school physical education teachers and students at the school have the following characteristics in their cognition, attitude, and behavior towards the Beijing municipal sports entrance examination policy changes: in terms of cognition, the teachers and students have a relatively clear and comprehensive understanding of the content and requirements of the new policy; in terms of attitude, the teachers and students hold a positive and supportive attitude towards the new policy; in terms of behavior, the teachers and students actively adapt to and participate in the implementation of the new policy.

（2）The policy changes in the Beijing municipal sports entrance examination have the following impacts on the physical education teaching at the school: the new policy promotes innovation and development of the school's physical education teaching, and improves the quality and level of the school's physical education teaching.

（3）The new policy has enhanced students' attention to physical education subjects and physical exercise skills, and improved students' enthusiasm and initiative in participating in physical education courses and activities.
