随着我国改革开放以来，经济高速发展，医疗水平和条件的不断提高，
人民生活水平有了显著提升，除了日常生活需求以外，人们越来越重视自身
的身体健康与保健，因此国家及人民对医用敷料行业越来越关注重视。近年
来，因卫生支出的提高和新型冠状病毒疫情的肆虐，我国医用敷料行业的规
模正在逐步扩大，竞争加大。奥美医疗可以说是我国医用敷料行业的龙头企
业，对其使用哈佛分析框架分析有利于找出我国医用敷料行业潜在的发展问
题，有助于推动医用敷料行业的发展，对其他发展中的医用敷料企业也具有
参考价值。
本文使用哈佛分析框架来分析奥美医疗的财务状况，共分为八个部分，
第一部分为研究背景及意义，国内外文献综述。第二部分为理论内容概述。
第三部分为奥美医疗概况。第四部分为哈佛分析框架下奥美医疗财务分析。
第五部分为奥美医疗的发展建议。第六部分为研究结果与展望。第七部分为
参考文献。第八部分为致谢。希望本文能够对我国医用敷料企业的发展提供
有效帮助。

With China's rapid economic development, medical level and conditions
continue to improve, people's living standards have significantly improved, In
addition to the needs of everyday life, people are placing increasing emphasis on
their health and wellness, so the country and the people of the dressings industry
more and more attention to attention. In recent years, because of the improvement
of health expenditure and the new corona virus epidemic rampant, the scope of
China's medical dressing industry is gradually extending, competition increased.
Ogilvy Medical can be said to lead the medical dressing industry in China, andIts
analysis using the Harvard analysis framework helps to identify hidden
development issues in China's medical dressings industry and helps to push the
growth of the Medical Dressings industry, and also have reference value for other
developing medical dressing enterprises.
This paper uses the Harvard analytical framework to analyse the financial
position of Ogilvy Medical. It is divided into eight parts, the first of which is a
review of the background and significance of the study and a review of the
domestic and international literature. Part II provides an overview of the theoretical
content. The third section provides an overview of Ogilvy Medical. The fourth part
2is a financial analysis of Ogilvy Medical under the Harvard analytical framework.
The fifth section provides recommendations for the development of Ogilvy
Medical. Part VI contains the research findings and outlook. The seventh section
contains references. The eighth part is the acknowledgement. It is hoped that this
paper can provide effective help to the development of medical dressing
enterprises in China.
