      根据马克思关于社会的阐释,由使用微博、微信、微视频等微媒体的人借助互联网信息技术和微媒体社交平台,形塑而成的一个有别于现实社会又与现实社会密切交织,兼具虚拟与现实双重结构的公共环境空间,以及人们在这个特殊的环境空间自觉遵守一定的规则和秩序,进行频繁、活跃的人际互动,开展生动、具体的实践活动时所构成的共同体,和逐步建立起来的比较稳定的一切关系的总和,构成了一个微社会。作为人类一项重要的社会实践活动,思想政治教育始终都在寻找新的实践场域。微社会已然兴起,思想政治教育理应做出积极的回应。在微社会开展思想政治教育不仅是时代之需,而且大有可为。

      微社会是一个极其活跃而又非常复杂的环境空间,这使得微社会思想政治教育面临契机与风险并存的境遇。微社会是一个开放、互动、共享、认同、包容的环境空间,它为思想政治教育提供了有利契机。微社会拓展了思想政治教育的新视域。它促进了思想政治教育理念革新,扩大了思想政治教育主体,增强了思想政治教育过程的充分性和可持续性。微社会思想政治教育成效正在日益凸显。微思政育人思维逐步树立,微博、微信、微视频被广泛运用于思想政治教育,微课教学在思想政治教育实践中的优势初步彰显。微社会为提升思想政治教育的有效性创造了有利条件。它不仅有利于拓展思想政治教育内容体系,有助于推动思想政治教育手段和方法创新,而且有益于提升思想政治教育的时效性和针对性。然而,微社会又是一个充满矛盾冲突的活动空间。有五组矛盾冲突将长期存在于微社会:第一,平等与差异共生,权威与民主共在。第二,感性与理性共存,娱乐性和严肃性共显。第三,正能量与负能量并存,功利性与公益性共在。第四,怀疑与认同并立,多元与共识同在。第五,公共空间与私人空间混同,伸张正义与舆论暴力共显。这使得微社会成为一个“微力无边”却又“危机四伏”的特殊场域。它正在攫取人们越来越多的精神依赖,给现实社会和个体带来消极影响和巨大压力。微社会已经成为西方敌对势力入侵我国意识形态领域的重要阵地,还为各种社会思潮抢夺人心提供了机会和场域。

      微社会的兴起对社会主义核心价值观培育和践行造成冲击。微社会思想政治教育面临主观和客观两个方面的瓶颈,并陷入了引领力不足、影响力较弱、渗透力不够、感染力不强等育人乏力的困局。微社会思想政治教育之所以会育人乏力,主要有四个方面的原因。微社会意识形态工作不足弱化了思想政治教育的引领力。微社会环境和生态存在隐患削弱了思想政治教育的影响力。微社会道德建设滞后影响了思想政治教育的渗透力。微社会文化建设缓慢制约了思想政治教育的感染力。未来,要趋利避害、化险为夷,充分利用微社会的丰富资源,为新时代思想政治教育开创更大的育人格局。一方面,要固本培元,牢牢守住思想政治教育的微阵地。为此,要始终坚持党对微社会思想政治教育的全面领导,增强思想政治教育的引领力。营造风清气正的思想政治教育良好氛围,增强思想政治教育的影响力。形成崇德向善的微社会风气,提升思想政治教育的渗透力。推动中国特色社会主义文化在微社会繁荣发展,提升思想政治教育的感染力。另一方面,要因时而进,开辟微社会思想政治教育新路径。为此,要以开放的视野打造微社会思想政治教育育人格局。以互动的方式抢占微社会意识形态阵地的制高点。以共享的思维充分利用微社会资源开展思想政治教育。以认同的理念增强微社会思想政治教育的人文关怀。以包容的心态促使微社会成为思想政治教育的有利阵地。

      According to Marx's interpretation of society, people who use Micro-media such as Micro blog , We Chat, Micro-video and so on, with the help of Internet information technology and micro-media social platform, have formed a public environmental space which is different from and closely intertwined with the real society and has a dual structure of virtual and reality, and a community formed when people consciously abide by certain rules and orders, conduct frequent and active interpersonal interactions and carry out vivid and concrete practical activities in this special environmental space, and gradually establish it. As an important social practice, ideological and political education is always looking for a new field of practice. Micro-society has emerged, and ideological and political education should make a positive response. Carrying out ideological and political education in Micro-society is not only the need of the times, but also promising.

      Micro-society is an extremely active and complex environmental space, which makes the ideological and political education in micro-society face the situation of both opportunities and risks. Micro-society is an open, interactive, shared, recognized and inclusive environmental space, which provides a favorable opportunity for ideological and political education. Micro-society has expanded the new horizon of ideological and political education. It promotes the innovation of ideological and political education concept, expands the subject of ideological and political education, and enhances the sufficiency and sustainability of the ideological and political education process. The effect of Micro-society ideological and political education is becoming increasingly prominent. The educational thinking of Micro-ideological politics is gradually established, Micro blog , We Chat, Micro-video are widely used in ideological and political education, and the advantages of Micro-course teaching in the practice of ideological and political education are initially revealed. Micro-society has created favorable conditions for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. It is not only conducive to expanding the content system of ideological and political education, but also to promoting the innovation of ideological and political education means and methods, and to improving the timeliness and pertinence of ideological and political education. However, Micro-society is an activity space full of contradictions and conflicts. There are five groups of contradictions and conflicts that will exist in Micro-society for a long time: first, equality and difference coexist, and authority and democracy coexist. Second, sensibility and rationality coexist, and entertainment and seriousness coexist. Third, positive energy and negative energy coexist, and utilitarianism and public welfare coexist. Fourth, doubt and identity coexist, and diversity and consensus coexist. Fifth, public space and private space are confused, and justice and public opinion violence coexist. This makes the Micro-society become a special field with boundless micro-power but full of crises It is grabbing more and more people's spiritual dependence, which brings negative influence and great pressure to the real society and individuals. Micro-society has become an important position for western hostile forces to invade our ideological field, and it also provides opportunities and fields for various social thoughts to snatch people's hearts.

      The rise of Micro-society has impacted the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. Micro-social ideological and political education faces the bottleneck of both subjective and objective aspects, and falls into the dilemma of insufficient leading power, weak influence, insufficient penetration and weak appeal. There are four main reasons why Micro-social ideological and political education is weak in educating people. The lack of ideological work in micro-society weakens the leading force of ideological and political education. Hidden dangers in Micro-social environment and ecology weaken the influence of ideological and political education. The lag of Micro-social moral construction affects the penetration of ideological and political education.The slow construction of Micro-social culture restricts the appeal of ideological and political education. In the future, we should make full use of the rich resources of Micro-society to create a greater educational pattern for ideological and political education in the new era. On the one hand, it is necessary to consolidate the foundation and cultivate the yuan, and firmly hold the Micro position of ideological and political education. To this end, we should always adhere to the party's overall leadership over ideological and political education in Micro-society, and enhance the leading force of ideological and political education. Create a good atmosphere of ideological and political education, and enhance the influence of ideological and political education. Form a Micro-society atmosphere of respecting morality and doing good, and enhance the penetration of ideological and political education. Promote the prosperity and development of Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture in Micro-society, and enhance the appeal of ideological and political education. On the other hand, we should keep pace with the times and open up a new path of ideological and political education in Micro-society. Therefore, it is necessary to create a Micro-social ideological and political education pattern with an open vision. Seize the commanding heights of Micro-social ideological positions in an interactive way. Make full use of Micro-social resources to carry out ideological and political education with shared thinking. Strengthening the humanistic care of ideological and political education in Micro-society with the concept of identity. Promote Micro-society to become a favorable position for ideological and political education with an inclusive attitude.

  毛玉娟,女,甘肃天水人,原中共张掖市委党校科研部副主任。攻读博士学位期间,在马振清教授的指导下,陆续在《毛泽东研究》、《扬州大学学报》、《邓小平研究》、《实事求是》、《思想政治课研究》、《长沙大学学报》等期刊发表学术论文6篇;主持完成甘肃省社科规划项目1项,张掖市社科重点项目1项,甘肃省党校系统重点课题1项;参与国家社科基金项目1项,北京师范大学博一学科交叉项目1项。先后获得甘肃省第十七次哲学社会科学优秀成果评选二等奖,张掖市第六次哲学社会科学优秀成果评选二等奖,张掖市第五次哲学社会科学优秀成果评选三等奖等。
