随着生活水平的提高和科学技术的进步,越来越多的大学生开始借助智能手机进行锻炼。在这个过程中,虽然大学生的锻炼意识、体育观念和健康观念都有所提高,但却缺乏科学的体育锻炼指导。本文采用AI人体姿态识别技术和体育类APP相结合的AI运动+APP,引导高校学生合理地开展课外体育锻炼,为学生提供科学有效的体育锻炼方案,提高学生运动能力和身体素质,利用实际的实验数据深入探讨“AI运动+APP”课外体育锻炼的效果,对AI在体育锻炼方面的应用有着重大的现实意义,为高校课外体育锻炼智能化的实践应用提供参考。本文采用文献研究法、实验研究法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法得出以下结论: 1、效果方面,AI运动+APP系统实时检测练习者的身体姿态数据,针对不正确的运动姿态给出及时反馈,满足不同学生的学习需求和特点;提升健身的科学性,解决了学生宿舍活动范围小和体育设施不足等问题。 2、学生方面,通过AI运动+APP课外体育锻炼次数、练习时长、动作质量、动作反馈以及学生身体素质前后对比五个方面分析。该平台打卡对于学生的身体素质未见显著提升,但增加了学生锻炼频率,对学生动作质量提升较明显;女生在完成动作任务时相比男生要花费更多的时间,完成更多的动作次数,从而最终得分也更多,以此可见学生本身的主观能动性越强,完成动作任务的效果则越好,最终锻炼的效果也会越好;学生的身体素质水平既五十米跑、八百米/一千米跑和立定跳远三项与对照组并没有明显的差异,在总体成绩提高的人数上略有增加;学生的锻炼习惯无显著变化,在运动时长上略有提升。 3、教师方面,教师对于AI运动+APP课外体育锻炼打卡形式非常认可,利用平台打卡系统收集、评价学生的课外锻炼情况,为学生提供专业的运动建议,使教师工作效率更高,更便捷。 4、AI技术方面,不断提高动作识别的准确度,丰富锻炼内容、定制个性化锻炼模式是学生的根本需求和未来的发展方向;同时,避免学生利用系统“漏洞”提高个人评价得分,确保公平的系统环境是提高用户体验和支持度的基本保障。 基于以上对AI运动+APP在高校课外体育锻炼的实践分析,通过利用AI运动+APP中的人体姿态识别技术和大数据整合功能对学生运动过程进行反馈,从而克服了课外体育锻炼中缺乏专业动作指导的问题;激发学生的积极性和主动性,提高学习效率;丰富信息化体育锻炼的发展;极大减轻体育教师的工作负担;对学生、家长和学校产生积极影响,为提升大学生课外体育锻炼效果起到促进作用。 |

With the improvement of living standards and the progress of science and technology, more and more college students begin to exercise with the help of smart phones. In this process, although the exercise consciousness, sports concept and health concept of college students have been improved, but there is a lack of scientific physical exercise guidance. This paper uses AI sports +APP, which combines AI posture recognition technology and sports APP, to guide college students to carry out extracurricular physical exercise reasonably, provide students with scientific and effective sports exercise programs, improve their athletic ability and physical fitness, and use actual experimental data to further explore the effect of "AI sports +APP" extracurricular physical exercise. It is of great practical significance for the application of AI in physical exercise and provides reference for the practical application of intelligent extra-curricular physical exercise in colleges and universities. This paper uses literature research, experimental research, questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics to reach the following conclusions: 1. In terms of effect, the AI sports +APP system detects the body posture data of the practitioners in real time and gives timely feedback to the incorrect movement posture to meet the learning needs and characteristics of different students; Improve the scientific nature of fitness, and solve the problems of small scope of activities and insufficient sports facilities in student dormitories. 2. For students, it is analyzed from five aspects: AI sports +APP extracurricular physical exercise times, practice duration, movement quality, movement feedback and comparison of students' physical quality before and after. The platform did not significantly improve the physical quality of students, but increased the frequency of students' exercise, which significantly improved the quality of students' movements. Girls take more time to complete action tasks than boys, complete more movements, and ultimately score more points. It can be seen that the stronger the subjective initiative of the students, the better the effect of completing the action task, and the better the effect of the final exercise. The physical fitness level of the students was not significantly different from that of the control group in the 50 meter run, 800 meter / 1 kilometer run and standing long jump, but the number of students who improved their overall performance slightly increased. There was no significant change in students' exercise habits, but the length of exercise increased slightly. 3. As for teachers, they are highly aware of the AI sports +APP extra-curricular physical exercise clock. They use the platform clock system to collect and evaluate students' extra-curricular exercise, and provide students with professional exercise suggestions, which makes teachers' work more efficient and convenient. 4. In terms of AI technology, it is the fundamental demand and future development direction of students to continuously improve the accuracy of movement recognition, enrich the exercise content and customize the personalized exercise mode; At the same time, avoiding students from using system "loopholes" to improve their personal evaluation scores and ensuring a fair system environment is the basic guarantee for improving user experience and support. Based on the above analysis of the practice of AI sports +APP in extracurricular physical exercise in colleges and universities, the human posture recognition technology and big data integration function of AI sports +APP are used to give feedback on the exercise process of students, thus overcoming the problem of lack of professional movement guidance in extracurricular physical exercise. Stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative, improve learning efficiency; Enrich the development of informationized physical exercise; Greatly reduce the physical education teacher's work burden; It has a positive influence on students, parents and schools, and plays a promoting role in improving the effect of extracurricular physical exercise for college students. |
