教育的目的是促进人的终身幸福。我国的基础教育不仅要培养学生成为专业素质突出、全面发展的人才,培养其成为品格优良、具有道德修养和正确价值观的青年,也要使其能够懂得如何追寻生活幸福,实现自己的人生意义。义务教育阶段的青少年尚未进入社会,他们接受的学校教育应当在培养其能力的同时,保证其身心健康、生活质量与幸福感。 随着经济社会的迅速发展,青少年面临的教育竞争愈演愈烈。教育资源的有限性导致了通过升学竞争、教育分流来实现资源分配的社会机制,在不同教育系统下,分流、筛选和升学机制的差异性会对学校内及学校间的教育竞争产生重要作用,也会对学生对竞争的适应性产生影响。而学校教育竞争与学生主观幸福感的关系值得关注,是因为学校作为青少年最主要的生活环境,对其生活状态起到重要影响。学生在学校是否幸福,与其所在学校及教育系统的竞争环境密不可分。 本文基于PISA2018数据,通过构建两水平回归模型,对不同分流模式的教育系统下学校竞争和学生主观幸福感之间的关系进行探讨,旨在验证高度的教育竞争是否会显著削弱学生的幸福感,以及学生对 竞争的适应性是否产生相关的影响。希望通过本文的研究,能够对我国基础教育的目标与宗旨和改革方向产生一些反思和建议。

The aim of education is to promote one's lifelong happiness. China's basic education should not only train students to be talents with outstanding professional quality and all-round development, but also cultivate them to be young people with good character, moral cultivation and correct values. It should also enable them to know how to pursue happiness in life and realize their own meaning of life. Teenagers in the compulsory education stage have not yet entered the society, and their school education should not only cultivate their abilities, but also ensure their physical and mental health, life quality and happiness. With the rapid development of economy and society, the education competition faced by teenagers is becoming more and more intense. The finiteness of educational resources leads to the social mechanism of resource allocation through competition for higher education and diversion of education. Under different educational systems, the differences of diversion, selection and diversion of education mechanisms will play an important role in the educational competition within and between schools, as well as influence the adaptability of students to competition. The relationship between school education competition and students' subjective well-being is worth paying attention to, because school, as the most important living environment of teenagers, has an important influence on their living state. Whether students are happy in school is closely related to the competitive environment of their school and educationsystem. In this paper, based on PISA2018 data, by constructing two level regression model, the different distribution patterns under the education system of schools competition and discusses the relationship between subjective well-being, to verify the height of the education competition will significantly weaken students' well-being, and whether students' adaptability in the competition related impact. hoped that some reflections and suggestions can be made on the purpose and reform direction of China's basic education through the research of this paper.
