对庭审直播的认可是一个历史过程，作为一种新型媒体监督手段，它在形式上具有天然的优势，在实现公民知情权、新闻自由权和保障司法公正上发挥了积极的作用。但由于制度产生时间较短，存在争议较大，实践还处于探索阶段，并没有形成一套完整的相关法律制度，导致在实务中出现了许多问题。本文在全面、深入地分析庭审直播制度存在的合理性和必要性的基础上，通过总结国内外实践经验，最终为完善我国庭审直播制度提出 一些可行性的建议。
