近年来,抑郁情绪及抑郁症日渐成为青少年心理健康领域面临的重要课题。2013年发布的《中国青少年心理健康报告》中提到,在我国约有23.2%的青少年存在轻度到中度的抑郁情绪问题,12.9%的青少年可能存在严重抑郁状况。在影响抑郁的诸多因素中,领悟社会支持与心理弹性是重要的保护性因素。但是,目前关于三者间作用机制的研究较少,这不利于拓展抑郁症的预防及干预路径。本研究期望揭示领悟社会支持、心理弹性与抑郁三者间的作用关系,并在社会工作的角度提出相应的干预建议。
本研究以河南省某县三所高中的1489名高中生为研究对象,采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、流调中心用抑郁自评量表简版(CES-D10)以及心理弹性量表(CD-RISC),分别考察了高中生的领悟社会支持水平、抑郁现状、心理弹性水平及三者之间的关系。研究的主要发现如下:
(1)高中生的抑郁状况存在显著的性别、学校类型差异,且女生的抑郁发生率显著高于男生,重点学校的抑郁发生率显著高于普通学校。
(2)高中生领悟社会支持、心理弹性存在显著的性别差异,女生的领悟朋友支持和其他支持的水平显著高于男生,男生的心理弹性抗压力和力量感维度的得分显著高于女生。
(3)有无抑郁在领悟社会支持与心理弹性各维度上均呈显著差异,且有抑郁的学生其领悟社会支持及心理弹性各维度得分均显著低于无抑郁的同学。
(4)领悟社会支持中的朋友支持及其他(老师、亲戚、同学)支持能够显著预测抑郁;领悟社会支持中的各个维度均可显著预测心理弹性的坚韧性;领悟社会支持中的朋友支持及其他支持能够显著预测心理弹性的抗压力和力量感;心理弹性的各个维度均可显著预测抑郁。
(5)心理弹性在高中生领悟社会支持与抑郁之间起完全中介作用,心理弹性的坚韧性与抗压力维度在领悟社会支持与抑郁之间起部分中介作用。
根据研究结果,结合社会工作现有专业方法及技术,提出如下建议:构建高中生社会支持体系;增强高中生心理弹性水平;改进高中生抑郁干预策略。通过以上三个方面的干预对抑郁症起到预防及早期干预的作用。

In recent years, depressed mood and depression has become important tasks to mental health in adolescents . According to the "China youth mental health report" released in 2013, about 23.2% of Chinese teenagers have mild to moderate depression, and 12.9% of them may have severe depression. Among the factors affecting depression, perceived social support and resilience are important protective factors. However, current research about the mechanism of action between the three is less, which is not conducive to expanding the prevention and intervention of depression. This study is expected to explore the relationship between perceived social support and depression, and the mediating effects of resilience .
A survey of 1489 high school students from a county in Henan province was conducted the Perceived Social Support Scale, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale-10 , respectively investigates the perceived social support, depression, resilience and the relationship between them. The main findings of the study are as follows :
(1) There are significant gender and school type differences in the depression of high school students, and the incidence of depression of girls is significantly higher than that of boys, and the incidence of depression of key schools is significantly higher than that of ordinary schools.
(2) There is a significant gender difference in the perceived social support and resilience of high school students. The level of perceived friends support and other support of girls is significantly higher than that of boys, and the score of resilience of boys in the dimension of stress resistance and strength is significantly higher than that of girls.
(3) There are significant differences in perceived social support and resilience with and without depression, and the scores of students with depression in the dimensions of perceived social support and resilience were significantly lower than those without depression.
(4) Perceived social support from friends and other support (teachers, relatives, classmates) can significantly predict depression; perceived social support can significantly predict toughness; perceived friend support and other support can significantly predict the resilience to stress and strength; Each dimension of resilience can significantly predict depression.
(5) Resilience plays a complete mediating role between high school students' perceived social support and depression , the dimension of toughness and stress resistance play a partial mediating role between the perceived social support and depression.
According to the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: construct a social support system for high school students ; enhance their resilience level ; and improve their depression intervention strategies . Through the above three aspects of intervention , depression can be prevented and early intervened.
