学前教育的特点是“保教结合”,家庭参与和家长满意的重要性不言而喻。区别于义务教育和高等教育,该阶段教育市场化程度很高,家长是服务的重要购买主体,家长对幼儿园教育服务质量的满意度直接关系其购买行为,再加上“办人民满意的教育”口号的影响,家长满意度逐渐成为学前教育的重要参考指标。
然而,满意度的形成机制却是一个复杂的过程。公共行政的交流理性、家长的期望、学前教育质量的信息不对称属性,最终都对家长的满意程度产生影响。虽然在理论上存在高质量学前教育供给能够获得家长高满意度的趋势,但这样的趋势显然需要更加丰富的经验证据,去描述其中的复杂过程。在文献研究的基础上,构建家长满意度的评价指标,将非结构化的家长满意度以结构化的方式呈现。最后在通过差异分析和回归分析的方法验证学前教育供给特征是否对家长满意度产生影响,以及学前教育供给特征对家长满意度的影响机制。 在上述分析的基础上得出研究结论:(1)学前教育供给特征确实对家长满意度产生显著的正向影响,但是这个影响小于家庭背景因素对家长满意度的影响;(2)家长需求在学前教育供给特征和家长满意度之间起调节作用;(3)儿童发展在学前教育供给特征与家长满意度之间的中介作用不存在,儿童发展对家长满意度没有显著影响。由研究结论所引申的讨论涉及四个方面:信息不对称会对学前教育供给特征与家长满意度之间的关系产生很大的影响;现有学前教育机构质量评价方法存在弊端,学前教育质量评价的方式方法应该向着更加多元的方向发展;家长满意度对学前教育机构改进和质量提升的意义可能并不大;学前教育的功能应该是既促进儿童发展,又提供家庭支持。

Early childhood education is characterized by the "combination of care and education", and the importance of family participation and parental satisfaction is self-evident. Different from compulsory education and higher education, early childhood education has a higher level of marketization. Parents are an important purchaser of preschool education services, and their satisfaction with the quality of kindergarten education services is directly related to their purchase behavior. Coupled with the influence of the slogan of "providing education that is satisfactory to the people", parent satisfaction has gradually become an important reference indicator for early childhood education. However, the formation mechanism of satisfaction is a complex process. The communication rationality of public administration, the expectations of parents, and the information asymmetry of the quality of preschool education all have an impact on parents' satisfaction in the end. Although in theory there is a trend that high-quality preschool education can lead to high parental satisfaction, such a trend obviously requires more empirical evidence to describe the complex process involved. On the basis of literature research, the evaluation index of parental satisfaction is constructed, and the unstructured parental satisfaction is presented in a structured way. Based on the above analysis, the research conclusions are drawn:(1) The characteristics of early childhood education supply do have a significant positive impact on parent satisfaction, but this impact is smaller than the impact of family background factors on parent satisfaction;(2) Parental demand plays a moderating role between early childhood education supply characteristics and parental satisfaction;(3) The mediating role of child development between early childhood education supply characteristics and parent satisfaction does not exist, and child development has no significant impact on parent satisfaction. The discussion derived from the findings of the study involves four aspects: Information asymmetry will have a great impact on the relationship between preschool education supply characteristics and parents' satisfaction; There are drawbacks in the existing quality evaluation methods of preschool education institutions, and the methods and methods of preschool education quality evaluation should be developed in a more diversified direction; Parent satisfaction may be of little significance to the improvement and quality improvement of preschool education institutions; The function of preschool education should be both to promote child development and to provide family support. |
