农民政治参与这一动态性实践过程，不仅隐含着农民自身的实践逻辑，更反映着国家与农民这一互动关系在普通农民生活世界的呈现。转型期的中国，社会发生着复杂而又急遽的变化，对处于城乡结合部的乡村冲击最甚，相应的，对农民政治参与、村民自治、民主选举等问题的研究，对建立基于中国本土实践的理论体系有着独特的价值。2005年7月至2011年9月，笔者以直接或间接的方式参与到鲁村的村政发展及公共事务建设工作，并着力研究鲁村村政的变迁过程。本文以“村民委员会选举”这一动态的实践过程为切入点，使用实践社会学的理论框架与思路，并借鉴“过程—事件分析”的方法策略，以鲁村为田野，细致论述鲁村村民政治参与这一实践过程。本文主要以“作为鲁村村政变迁过程中主角的‘议事会’与作为民主制度安排的‘村民委员会选举’之间此消彼长、相辅相成的动态关系”作为叙事的核心，并研究“民主选举”作为一种权力资源配置方式是如何涵纳于乡村社会的,及兼具自组织及制度性的村民议事会对村民委员会选举进程的影响，以及由非制度性政治参与建构起来的道德资源是如何被理性利益考量所取代。研究发现，农民政治参与不是单纯的利益之争，也不是有目的的政治实践，而是在“义气”“仗义”等江湖道德逻辑 、“革命教化政体” 中习得的政治想象、生存及尊严维护等力量推动下的一场集体抗争式的政治参与行动，将躲在权力、威权背后的利益相关方拉到了台面，在持久、日常的互动博弈中，新的政治权力格局在鲁村形成，村民委员会选举成为地方权力分配制度的有机组成部分，农民政治参与因局势之变而顺转为新策略与方法。

Peasants' political participation is a dynamic process, implying not only the peasants' logic of life and reflecting the interaction between State and farmers. As China in the time of transition, with complex and rapid changes in society, It is valuable to research on problems of villagers' autonomy, democratic elections. In this paper, the author draws on dynamic process of Committee election of Lu village in the sociological theoretical framework and practice ideas, using "process-event analysis" approach, to discuss detailed on political participation of Lu villagers.In this paper, using the process of Shan Dong villagers' non-institutional and institutional political participation. Analyzing how the "democratic elections" get into the rural society as a power resource distribution mode, and how the moral resource which is built by the non-institutional political participation is replaced by the rational considerations of interest in the process. Research finds that famers’ political participation is not simple for interests, also not for the purpose of political practice, but a collective resistance of political participation which is driven by the power of traditional moral, political imaginations, and the dignity and survival. This type of political participation action pulls different interest groups had to participate to the Committee election of Lu village. A new of political power pattern in Lu village formed, Village Committee elections become an integral part of local power distribution system.
