教育实习是师范教育中一个重要的过程与环节,是培养实习生教学能力的有效方式,是使实习生获得专业情意和独立教学能力的过程,是加速他们从学生到教师角色转变的重要环节。本研究的主要研究问题是:从学前教育实习生的视角看,幼儿园实习指导教师的胜任特征主要有哪些。通过问卷调查法进行研究,得到五个维度上的主要胜任特征:1.较高的教学专业能力;2.较强的教育实习指导能力;3.对实习有正确的、积极的认识;4.良好的人际沟通能力;5.人格特征。通过访谈法,进一步了解实习生的观点和态度。最后,本研究针对研究结果给出了研究建议,希望能对选聘的幼儿园实习指导教师重点进行四个维度的考察。

The practicum is an important process for teacher education. The practicum is an eventful way to train students’ teaching skills; to make them acquire professional emotion; to get the independent teaching ability; to speed up their role changes from student to teacher.
This research’s question is that what the competencies of the kindergarten mentor are, from the perspective of student teachers. By the questionnaire, we can draw conclusions that kindergarten mentors have four dimension competencies:1. Teaching ability;2.Mentoring ability;3.Cognition to the practice;4.Communication ability; 5.personality characteristics. By the interview, we can learn more about the view and attitude of the student teacher. At last, this research give some suggestions based on the conclusions, hoping that kindergarten mentors selection can be considered mostly on the four dimensions.
