教师专业化已经成为国际上教师职业发展的重要趋势。新一轮课程改革给教育界带来的最大挑战莫过于对教师专业化发展的挑战。“课程即教师”,课程改革的成败最终取决于教师。高中思想政治教师应该如何实现专业发展?这是摆在高中思想政治课改革面前的一项重要挑战。本文以新课程理念和教师专业发展的理论研究成果为指导,在综合相关研究成果的基础上,深入高中政治教学一线,调查高中思想政治老师专业现状,比较该现状与新课程要求之间的差距,从而寻求高中思想政治教师专业发展的途径。 本研究的内容主要包括教师专业发展的理论基础、新课程标准对高中思想政治教师专业发展提出的要求、高中思想政治教师专业发展现状及影响因素分析、高中思想政治教师专业发展途径等四部分。高中思想政治教师是高中思想政治课课程改革的主力军,也是具体的实施者,他们的专业发展水平直接影响乃至决定高中思想政治课课程实施的质量和效果。本文主要运用了文献研究、访谈、分析比较等方法,希望为一线政治教师的专业发展提供支持,促进教师逐渐适应新课程,使政治教学更专业化,促进教师自身素质和教育教学质量的提高。

Nowadays there is a strong tendency that professional development of teachers is becoming the development of teachers’ career worldwide. The new curriculum reform has brought about great challenges for the education circles, which means professional development of teachers is faced with the greatest challenge .Curriculum reform depends on teachers’ development. Whether the curriculum reform can succeed in the end completely depends on teachers’ development .How can political teachers in senior high schools accomplish their professional development in the new curriculum reform context? There is so much research on teachers’ professional development. However, much research remains to be done on the professional development of political teachers in senior high schools.This thesis is based on the theoretical findings of professional development of teachers under the direction of the new beliefs of the new curriculum, combined with comprehensive relative research findings. The author of the thesis has done some research into the present standard of professional political teachers who are practicing in senior high schools. The author is seeking approaches to the professional development of political teachers in senior high schools by comparing the requirements of standards of the new curriculum and the real teaching abilities of political teachers. The content of the thesis mainly includes the basic theories of the development of professional teachers, the requirements of political teachers in senior high school based on the standards of the new curriculum, the present standards of the teaching abilities of political teachers in senior high school as well as the factors affecting the professional development of political teachers in order to find out the approaches to the professional development of political teachers.Political teachers are the main force of the political curriculum reform in senior high schools and they are also the executors of the reform. The standard of their professional development directly affects and even decides the quality and effect of the carrying out of the political curriculum reform. This thesis has mainly used the research methods such as researches on relative documents, interviews with the subjects and analytic comparison of the research findings. The author sincerely hopes that it can support the professional development of political teachers in senior high schools and contribute to the teachers’ adjustment to the new curriculum. Finally, the author hopes that the thesis can give some advice on how to promote the qualities of political teachers and improve their teaching efficiency.
