本文运用回归分析方法，以2015-2021年A股上市公司为研究样本，实证检验了企业的ESG表现对A股上市公司企业价值的影响。研究结果表明：（1）企业的ESG表现若是评级较高，对于企业的财务价值和市场价值具有较显著的正向影响。（2）通过分组回归得出非国有企业相比于国有企业而言，ESG表现对于企业财务指标的提升更大。 |
| 外文摘要： |
The paper uses regression analysis method to study the impact of ESG performance on the financial indicators of A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2021. The results show that, firstly if the ESG performance of the enterprise is highly rated, it has a significant positive impact on the book value and market value of the enterprise. Secondly through group regression, it is concluded that for non-state-owned enterprises, the ESG performance is more significant for the improvement of corporate financial indicators. |
