当前,我国高校大学生就业指导教师队伍尚存在很多问题,难以满足大学生的需要。通过调查发现这些问题主要是就业指导教师的培训时间短、兼职过多、缺少外部环境的支持、尚未形成专业队伍等,因此,高校要尽快提高就业指导教师队伍的整体业务素质,把就业指导教师队伍建设摆到整个高校师资队伍建设的重要位置,努力提高就业指导教师队伍的专业化和职业化水平。本文以山西省部分高校就业指导中心从事就业指导工作的教师为研究对象,运用调查法分别从“就业指导师资专业素质的理解”和“就业指导教师专业发展支持因素”两方面对大学生就业指导教师和学校其他非就业指导教师进行问卷调查,描述出当前山西省大学生就业指导教师的现状及存在问题,分析问题产生的原因,并尝试为解决就业指导教师专业化的问题提出建议。全文共分五个部分,具体是:第一部分对本文的研究背景、意义、现状综述、相关概念界定及研究方法和思路进行了必要的介绍说明。第二部分对研究过程中的抽样调查进行设计。第三部分是对个案研究对象调查结果的描述及存在原因的探讨。第四部分结合存在问题及原因,对个案研究对象的专业化提出具体的对策建议。第五部分是对本研究进行的总结,对本研究的信度和效度进行的反思和对后续研究的设想展望。

With the increasing enrollment of students in colleges and universities, high education in our country is moving from elite education towards mass education. Subsequently, the employment of college students has received great public attention. Therefore, with the increasing improvement of the basic training abilities, Career advisors in colleges and universities should strengthen the effectiveness of career guidance through guiding the students to identify their career positions and providing employment information to minimize the difficulties in job-seeking. However, the career guidance in Chinese colleges and universities is still poor at current stage, with a large difference compared with those developed countries, for instance, the quality of the career development advisor. Our colleges and universities should pay considerable attention on improving the overall professional quality of career development advisors, especially the level of specialization and professionalism The advisor specialization, a new proposition, involves two main areas, the career guidance and the specialization of career guidance advisors. In this thesis, I select career development advisors of some colleges and universities in Shanxi Province as study subjects. Through the questionnaires, I investigate the current problems encounter by career development advisors and explore the causes of some phenomena. Finally, I attempt to provide some suggestions to solve problems that existed in the specialization of career advisory. My thesis can be divided into five chapters.Chapter I is the introduction, which includes the background, the review of current studies, the definitions of related concepts and its research methods. Chapter II describes the study design.Chapter III reports the findings of case study and explores the reasons for its existence. In Chapter IV, I provide problems, reasons, and suggestions to the subjects of the case study.Chapter V is the conclusion, which assesses the reliability of my study and discusses the potential for future studies.
