近些年来,小学外语教学焦点话题之一就是“以学生为中心”。“以学生为中心”意味着教师必须以教学对象-学生的学习过程和学习特点为基础和核心来组织外语教学的各个环节。如此,研究学生的学习风格就成为了一个重要的问题。中国传统的小学英语课堂教学中,经常有这样的现象:教师教学风格与学生学习风格之间存在着不匹配的现象,因而影响了教学效果。针对上述现象,本文分析了学习风格的定义和分类,探讨形成以上问题的原因,着重论述了如何解决教与学的风格之间的矛盾问题及其对我国基础英语教育的启示。具体框架设想如下:第一部分为文献综述,综述了古今、中外学习风格研究的发展状况及学习风格的分类;第二部分则针对我国小学英语课堂中教师教学风格与学生学习风格之间存在的不匹配现象的调查并进行了客观分析;第三部分论述了课堂教学中关注学生学习风格差异的必要性,从而引出本文写作的实际意义;第四部分通过分析问题的症结,提出了几种在小学英语课堂上行之有效的解决教与学的风格之间矛盾的应对措施,并提出两点思考以供参考。

In recent years, one topic often referred to in primary school language teaching is student-centered in classroom teaching. But what is real student-centered teaching? To achieve this, teachers should organize their teaching based on not only the teaching contents, but also taking consideration of the learners, the learning process of the learners and their characteristics. As a result, it is very important for teachers to study the learning styles of learners. While in fact, it is often found that learners' learning style sometimes conflicts with teachers' teaching style. This of course affects teaching. To solve this problem, this thesis elaborates on the reason why such phenomena appear and how to deal with the conflicts between learning style and teaching style. The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter One is the literature review which reviews the literature of definition and classification of learning styles. Chapter Two is an introduction briefing the mismatching between learners' learning style and teachers' teaching style and makes an analysis then finds the cause of the problem. Chapter Three is as a result,it is very important for teachers to study the learning styles of learners. so as to elicit the practical points of writing the paper. Chapter Four at last puts forward several effective ways to deal with the conflict between learning styles and teaching styles and thinkings for researchers and teachers to be considered.
