在现代社会,阅读对一个人的成长、成才、成就影响都非常之大,它体现了人们的自学以及终身学习的能力,而具备终身学习的能力是个体适应社会快速发展变化的关键。所以在学校课程中,语文教师和英语教师非常重视对学生阅读能力的培养。在国外有一些权威的测试来测查学生的阅读理解能力,在国内也有许多学者研究我国学生的阅读理解能力。然而在现今的社会生活中,面对着信息技术的飞速发展,需要人们具备的阅读能力已不仅仅是语文阅读能力,而是一种以语文阅读能力为基础的包括学科阅读能力在内的综合阅读能力。所以我国高中生的生物科学阅读理解能力如何就成为笔者关注的一个焦点。本研究旨在开发一套能够测查高中生科学文本阅读理解能力的测试工具,并借此工具来评价学生在词汇理解、句义理解、推论理解和应用理解方面的阅读理解表现如何。笔者以浙江科学技术出版社高中生物教材必修1《分子与细胞》中《物质出入细胞的方式》一节作为科学阅读文本,通过文献查阅找到科学文本阅读理解测试工具开发的理论基础,并开发出针对于此节内容的阅读理解测试问卷。然后选取河南省信阳二中的328名高一学生作为研究样本,对其科学文本阅读理解能力进行了考查,主要研究结果如下:(1) 笔者所开发的阅读理解测试卷是测查学生“物质出入细胞”一节阅读理解能力的适切工具,具备良好的信、效度,其中A和B两组Cronbach's Alpha 值分别为 .710 和.719。(2) 河南信阳二中高一学生在词汇和句义理解层次上表现较好,在应用理解层次上表现最差。(3) 学生性别与其阅读理解表现没有显著的相关性,即男女学生的科学文本阅读理解能力发展水平差不多。(4) 不同的作答方式,对学生阅读理解表现有一定的影响,具体表现在词汇理解层次上,拿着文本做题的学生此层次表现更好。而作答方式对学生的句义理解、推论理解和应用理解无显著影响。

Reading affect a person's growth, talent and achievement and it reflects the ability of self-learning as well as lifelong learning in the modern society. Moreover, the ability of lifelong learning is the key to adapting to the changing society for the individuals. So in the school curriculum, language teachers and English teachers attach great importance to the cultivation of students' reading ability. There are some foreign authoritative tests to measure students ' reading comprehension. In our country many scholars have done some researches on the reading comprehension of the students.However, in today's social life, with the rapid development of information technology, the need for people to have the ability of reading is not just the ability of Chinese reading, but a kind of comprehensive reading ability including discipline reading based on Chinese reading skills. Therefore, I am concerned about the high school students’ science text reading comprehension.This study aims to develop a high school science texts test tool which can be used to measure the high school students’ science text reading comprehension, evaluating students’ performance in vocabulary comprehension, literal comprehension, inferential comprehension and applied comprehension. I have used "material into and out of cells" as a scientific reading text, which is selected from the Zhejiang Science and Technology Publishing high school biology textbook “Molecular and Cell”. I have found the theoretical basis of scientific text reading comprehension test tool development, and have developed a test questionnaire for this section. Then I select the secondary school of Henan Xinyang 328 high school students as a study sample, examining their science text reading comprehension. The following are the results:(1) The reading comprehension test can effectively test students’ comprehension of “material out of the cell.” It has good reliability and validity and A and B groups Cronbach's Alpha values are .710 and .719 .(2) Students of the secondary school of Henan Xinyang do the best in vocabulary comprehension and literal comprehension. However, they do the worst in applied comprehension.(3) There is no significant correlation between reading comprehension performance of students and their genders, which means that male and female students are similar in science text reading comprehension level.(4) Different ways to answer influence the students' reading comprehension performance. In vocabulary comprehension level, the students with text do better. The way to answer has no significant effect in literal comprehension, inferential comprehension and applied comprehension level.
