本文使用连榕等编制的大学生专业承诺量表对349名北京师范大学的本科生进行问卷调查并分析调查结果。得到了北师大本科生专业承诺及其四个维度：情感承诺，理想承诺，规范承诺，继续承诺的平均水平，并得到以下结论：男生的理想承诺高于女生；专业成绩与专业承诺呈正相关关系；大一年级学生的规范承诺高于其他年级；自主选择专业的学生专业承诺较高；师范生与非师范生的专业承诺无显著差异；学生感知的就业压力与专业承诺呈负相关关系。最后，根据北京师范大学的现状与特点，分析差异的原因并为提高本科学生的专业承诺，减轻其就业的心理压力提出了建议。

This article analyzes the results of the investigation on the professional commitment of the undergraduate students in Beijing Normal University. Basing the statistical analysis on the collected questionnaire, it first shows the level of professional commitment as well as the level of the four admissions: affective commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment of the undergraduate students in Beijing Normal University. And Conclusions gained are as follows: Boys’ level of ideal commitment is obviously higher than that of girls; there is a positive correlation between the subject-specific achievement and the level of professional commitment; The level of the normative commitment of the freshmen is significantly higher than students in other grades; The students who chose their major by themselves have the higher level of professional commitment than others; there is no significant difference between the normal students and the ordinary students; the pressure of finding a job is negatively related to the level of professional commitment. In the end, the article illustrates the reasons of the difference and gives some suggestions about how to improve the level of professional commitment basing on the character of Beijing Normal University.
