理论宣讲是党的理论武装工作的重要环节,是促进党的创新理论深入传播的“必由之路”。新时代理论宣讲如何面向广大青年、抓住广大青年、凝聚广大青年成为中国共产党理论宣传工作面临的新问题、新挑战。高校学生理论宣讲团,以青年学生为主体,以理论学习为基础,以青年话语为优势,逐渐成为高校思想政治工作不可或缺的育人载体。时至今日,高校学生理论宣讲团已有较大规模,在建设中国式高等教育现代化背景下,高校学生理论宣讲团具有哪些独特育人功能以及如何提升其育人效果,这一问题是高校思想政治工作仍需关注的重要议题。

本研究以“新时代高校学生理论宣讲团育人功能提升”为研究对象,坚持理论联系实际、实事求是的研究思路,从新时代高校学生理论宣讲团育人的相关概述、育人功能发挥的现状分析、存在的问题及其影响因素以及育人功能的提升路径四个部分进行论述。文章的绪论部分,介绍了研究的缘起、研究的意义、研究的方法,对国内外研究现状进行了梳理。在正文部分,首先界定了高校学生理论宣讲团育人的内涵及特征,概括了高校学生理论宣讲团育人的核心功能,分析了高校学生理论宣讲团育人的时代价值。文章的主体部分是实证研究,采用定量分析与定性分析相统一的研究方法。第二章基于认知维度、参与维度、评价维度对新时代高校学生理论宣讲团育人功能发挥现状进行了考察,并对高校学生理论宣讲团育人取得的成就及存在的优势进行系统全面地剖析。第三章梳理了新时代高校学生理论宣讲团育人功能发挥存在的问题,包括宣讲团成员素质和能力有待提高、理论宣讲内容缺乏针对性、育人活动形式相对单一以及育人运行机制功能不强,接下来针对以上问题分析了影响育人功能发挥的主体因素、内容因素、形式因素以及机制因素。第四章结合实证研究的结论提出新时代高校学生理论宣讲团育人功能提升的具体路径,必须抓住关键育人主体,打造真才实学的宣讲团队;必须深耕育人课程,推送“有血有肉”的宣讲内容;必须创新理论传播手段,探索“有声有色”的宣讲形式;必须畅通宣讲育人机制,构建“有章可循”的保障机制。

外文摘要:

Theory propagation is an important component of the Party's theoretical armament work and serves as the "necessary path" for promoting the in-depth dissemination of innovative Party theories. In the new era, how theoretical propagation can target, engage, and unite the vast youth population poses new challenges for the theoretical propaganda work of the Communist Party of China. College student theoretical propaganda teams, primarily composed of young students and grounded in theoretical learning, have gradually become an indispensable vehicle for ideological and political work in universities. Today, these teams have grown substantially in scale. Against the backdrop of constructing a modernized system of higher education with Chinese characteristics, it is important to explore the unique educational functions of college student theoretical propaganda teams and how to enhance their effectiveness, which remains a crucial topic of concern for ideological and political work in universities.

This study focuses on "Enhancing the Educational Function of College Student Theoretical Propaganda Teams in the New Era." Adhering to the approach of integrating theory with practice and seeking truth from facts, the study explores the overview of the educational function of college student theoretical propaganda teams in the new era, analyzes the current situation of their educational function, identifies existing problems and their influencing factors, and proposes pathways for enhancing their educational function. In the introductory section, the research background, significance, and methodology are elaborated, and a review of the current research status at home and abroad is provided. In the main body, the study first defines the connotation and characteristics of the educational function of college student theoretical propaganda teams, summarizes their core functions, and analyzes their era value. The empirical research in the main body adopts a unified research method combining quantitative and qualitative analyses. Chapter two examines the current situation of the educational function of college student theoretical propaganda teams from cognitive, participatory, and evaluative dimensions, systematically analyzing their achievements and advantages. Chapter three identifies the problems in the current situation of the educational function of college student theoretical propaganda teams, including the need to improve the quality and capabilities of team members, the lack of targeted theoretical propaganda content, the relatively monotonous forms of educational activities, and the weak functioning of the educational mechanism. Subsequently, the influencing factors affecting the performance of the educational function are analyzed, including factors related to the subjects, content, forms, and mechanisms. Chapter four, based on the conclusions of the empirical research, proposes specific pathways for enhancing the educational function of college student theoretical propaganda teams in the new era. These pathways include focusing on key educational subjects to cultivate a competent and dedicated team, deepening educational curriculum development to deliver substantive theoretical propaganda content, innovating theoretical dissemination methods to explore engaging forms of propaganda, and establishing effective mechanisms to ensure the smooth operation of educational activities.
