近年来,互联网等现代化信息技术的应用渗透到广大农村地区,深刻影响和改变着亿万农户的生产生活方式和经济行为方式,不仅提供了众多就业机会岗位,创造了巨大经济效益,更在农村创业型经济转型中逐渐扮演着重要角色。然而,当前中国农村面临创业活力不足、创业存活率较低、可持续性增长乏力等现实问题,这些问题严重制约着我国农村经济社会发展,为实施乡村振兴战略带来困难和挑战。深入探究互联网使用对农户创业行为的影响,有利于拓宽农民增收渠道,提高农业农村的信息化建设水平,促进城乡信息化均衡发展。 通过综述相关文献发现,已有研究主要是从描述性方法分析了互联网创业者的特征,以及在理论和逻辑层面研究互联网使用与创业的关系。本文力求在以下几个方面试图有所探索:第一,以农户为研究对象,从互联网使用角度,对农户创业行为进行解释,丰富了互联网的微观经济效应与农户创业的影响因素方面的文献;第二,进一步探讨了互联网使用促进农户创业的社会资本机制,并细分为社会网络、社会参与和社会信任三个机制。本文以是否创业和创业后进一步发展两个指标衡量农户创业表现,并将创业后发展划分为创业规模和创业绩效,以是否使用互联网和使用强度衡量农户互联网使用情况,基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS2018),分别构建Probit模型和OLS回归模型探讨互联网使用对农户是否做出创业决策、创业规模、创业绩效的影响。 结果表明,是否用互联网和使用强度都显著促进农户做出创业决策,增大创业规模和提升创业绩效。在此基础上,本文继续将创业分为机会型创业与必需型创业,发现互联网使用对农户创业的促进作用主要是由必需型创业推动。机制分析表明,互联网使用通过增加农户社会资本渠道促进创业。具体来说,互联网使用通过扩大社会网络、提高社会参与、提升社会信任水平三个渠道促进创业,其中社会网络机制最为明显。 最后本文根据结论提出相应政策建议:进一步加强农村地区互联网基础设施建设,将信息化政策贯彻落实在农业生产、农民生活和农村社会管理等方面;增强信息化活动的宣传力度,开展优质教育培训活动,提高农户信息化素养,引进、培养和用好信息化人才,构建农村信息化人才培养体系;积极构建社会资本,拓宽农户社会网络使用渠道,提高社会参与水平和社会信任水平,不断激发农户创新创业热情。 |

In recent years, the application of modern
information technology such as the Internet has penetrated into the vast rural
areas, profoundly affecting and changing the production, lifestyle and economic
behavior of hundreds of millions of farmers, not only providing many employment
opportunities and creating huge economic benefits, but also in rural areas.
Entrepreneurial economy is gradually playing an important role in the
transformation. However, China's rural areas are currently faced with practical
problems such as insufficient entrepreneurial vitality, low entrepreneurial
survival rate, and weak sustainable growth. These problems seriously restrict
the economic and social development of my country's rural areas and bring
difficulties and challenges to the implementation of the rural revitalization
strategy. In-depth exploration of the impact of Internet use on farmers'
entrepreneurial behavior is conducive to broadening the channels for farmers to
increase their income, improving the level of informatization construction in
agriculture and rural areas, and promoting the balanced development of urban
and rural informatization. By reviewing the relevant literature, it is found
that the existing research mainly analyzes the characteristics of Internet entrepreneurs
from a descriptive method, and studies the relationship between Internet use
and entrepreneurship at the theoretical and logical levels. This paper attempts
to explore the following aspects: first, taking farmers as the research object,
from the perspective of Internet use, to explain farmers' entrepreneurial
behavior; second, to explore the social capital mechanism of farmers'
entrepreneurship through Internet use, and to subdivide three mechanisms:
social network, social participation, and social trust. In addition, this paper
measures the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers by three indicators: whether
to start a business, entrepreneurial scale and entrepreneurial performance, and
measures the Internet usage of farmers by whether or not to use the Internet
and the intensity of use Probit model and OLS regression model explore the
impact of Internet usage on whether farmers make entrepreneurial decisions,
entrepreneurial scale, and entrepreneurial performance. The results show that
the use of the Internet and the intensity of use both significantly promote
farmers to make entrepreneurial decisions, increase entrepreneurial scale and
improve entrepreneurial performance. On this basis, this paper continues to
divide entrepreneurship into opportunity-based entrepreneurship and
necessity-based entrepreneurship, and finds that the promoting effect of
Internet use on farmers' entrepreneurship is mainly driven by necessity-based
entrepreneurship. Mechanistic analysis shows that Internet use promotes entrepreneurship
by increasing farmers' social capital channels. Specifically, the use of the
Internet promotes entrepreneurship through three channels: expanding social
networks, increasing social participation, and enhancing social trust levels,
of which the social network mechanism is the most obvious. Finally, this paper
puts forward corresponding policy suggestions based on the conclusions: further
strengthen the construction of Internet infrastructure in rural areas, and
implement informatization policies in agricultural production, farmers' lives
and rural social management; strengthen the propaganda of informatization
activities, and carry out high-quality education and training activities. ,
improve the informatization literacy of farmers, introduce, train and make good
use of informatization talents, and build a rural informatization talent
training system; actively build social capital, expand the channels of farmers'
social network use, improve the level of social participation and social trust,
and continuously stimulate farmers' innovation.
