本文由食品安全问题作为切入点,引发对中国企业消费者责任的思考。从康德的道德哲学出发,明确了 责任在道德中的核心地位。通过对企业消费者责任的界定明确了企业对消费者责任来源于企业自 身也来源于个人,其根据是社会全体人的“善”。现代企业制度下企业违背责任的行为会波及更多的人,也会产生更严重的后果。企业对消费者的责任已不仅是企业和消费者双方的问题,还会引发其他方面的社会问题。中国企业责任问题有它的历史特殊性,为了解决目前的困境,需要全民道德观念的完善,而首先,消费者要坚决抵制这种违背道德的行为以维护消费者权利。

外文摘要:

This article takes the food safety issue caused by some Chinese enterprises as an entry point.Then consider the duty that enterprises should take of consumer. The article will start from Kant's moral philosophy, clearing responsibility as the core in moral. By definiting the responsibility of business-to-consumer,this article make it clear that the responsibility comes from not only the enterprises themselves but also from individuals. Its basis is "good" of society as a whole Behave on the contrary of the responsibility will spread to more people under the modern enterprise system, as well as cause more serious consequences. Business-to-consumer responsibility is not only about enterprises and consumers, it can cause other social problems. Corporate responsibility issues has its own historical particularity in China. In order to solve the current problem, there need to be improvement of the universal moral values.But at first, consumers must resolutely resist such unethical behavior in order to protect their rights.
