气排球是我国土生土长的群众类排球运动，这项运动最初只是局限于老年人，同时具备运动、休闲、娱乐等功能，是一项发展时间并不长的体育运动项目。气排球运动具有明显的群众性特征，获得了中老年和学生群体的青睐。通过气排球比赛缓解学习压力，放松身心，促进了学生之间的相互交流，增强团队的凝聚力，激发热爱运动、增强体质的健康意识。并且气排球具有重量轻，体积大，柔软的特性，对运动者来说技术要求较低。目前在高校当中气排球的开展还有许多空白，气排球课程建设在河北省高校中开展也较少。结合现阶段的发展情况，此项运动不只是中老年群体的专利，也要结合年轻人群，尤其在高校中开展气排球课程有利于气排球运动的可持续发展，能够让更多的青年人群参与进来。在本课题研究推进中，采取多种成熟度比较高的方法进行研究，对燕京理工学院气排球课程建设情况以及气排球活动开展情况进行调查研究。调查研究结果表明：1、影响燕京理工学院气排球课程开设的因素有场地器材设施、经费的投入情况、当地政府对这项运动的重视程度、媒体的宣传和师资情况。2、燕京理工学院气排球选项课程的建设目前还不够完善、缺少自编的教材、学生和教师对这项运动的认知比较浅显等。3、气排球活动在本校的开展情况不太理想，没有系统的气排球相关比赛以及有关气排球宣传力度不够。针对以上情况提出以下建议：首先加大宣传力度，充分利用现有资源改善场地器材设施，进行相关的资金投入，改善硬件条件。其次完善气排球课程建设，尽快编写适合本校的气排球教材，多开展一些气排球相关的培训，加强排球教师的专业和教学能力。最后建立系统完善学校气排球比赛制度，可以每个学期组织一次全校性的气排球比赛，通过比赛让更多的人了解这项运动，比赛的方式也是推广这项运动最好的手段，建立起气排球校园文化。

Balloon volleyball is a local mass volleyball sport in China. The earliest balloon volleyball was a sports activity aimed at the elderly. It combines entertainment, leisure, and sports, and is a brand new sports activity. Balloon volleyball, as a mass sports event, has gained the favor of middle-aged, elderly, and student groups. The use of balloon volleyball matches alleviates learning pressure, relaxes the body and mind, promotes mutual communication among students, enhances team cohesion, and stimulates a healthy awareness of love for sports and physical fitness. And balloonr volleyball has the characteristics of light weight, large volume, and softness, which requires lower technical requirements for athletes. At present, there are still many gaps in the development of balloon volleyball in universities, and the construction of balloonr volleyball courses is also relatively rare in universities in Hebei Province. In the current situation, the promotion of gas volleyball is not only aimed at middle-aged and elderly groups, but also at young people. Especially in universities, carrying out gas volleyball courses is conducive to the sustainable development of gas volleyball and can involve more young people. In this paper, the literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to investigate the construction of air volleyball courses and the development of balloon volleyball activities in Yanjing Institute of Technology.The following findings were made during the survey:1. The factors that affect the establishment of the volleyball course at Yanjing Institute of Technology include venue equipment and facilities, investment in funds, the level of attention paid by the local government to this sport, media promotion, and the situation of teachers. 2. The construction of the optional course of gas volleyball at Yanjing Institute of Technology is currently not perfect enough, there is a lack of self-made textbooks, and students and teachers have a relatively shallow understanding of this sport. 3. The development of balloonr volleyball activities in our school is not ideal, and there is no systematic air volleyball related competitions and insufficient publicity for balloon volleyball.To make recommendations in the light of the above:firstly, increase publicity efforts, fully utilize existing resources to improve venue equipment and facilities, invest relevant funds, and improve hardware conditions. Secondly, we will improve the construction of volleyball courses, compile suitable volleyball textbooks for our school as soon as possible, conduct more volleyball related training, and strengthen the professional and teaching abilities of volleyball teachers. Finally, establish a system to improve the school's balloon volleyball competition system, which can organize a school wide balloon volleyball competition every semester. Through the competition, more people can learn about this sport, and the competition method is also the best way to promote this sport, establishing a campus culture of balloon volleyball.
