中等职业教育是我国教育重要组成部分,随着社会经济、科学技术的高速发展,职业教育进入了一个新的历史发展阶段。与此同时也出现了许多有待解决的问题,其中最根本的问题是:人才培养系统性的偏差,即人才培养效果与市场需求之间的不一致性。学校注重培养学生的专业知识技能,企业却关注于员工的关键能力,两者之间关存在着差距,而导致这一偏差的最直接原因就是课程。因此,探索中职教育的课程改革,缩短人才培养与市场需求间的差距成为中职教育工作者关注的焦点。本研究在工作过程导向思想的指导下,对工作过程、关键能力等相关概念进行界定,按照教学设计一般模式对学习者、学习内容、学习目标、学习环境、进行分析设计,对教学策略,教学方法的选择进行设计,从而形成基于工作过程导向《flash动画设计与制作》课程教学方案的设计。在具体实施过程中,选取了北京市信息管理学校动画专业1112班为研究对象,采用问卷调查、观察和访谈等研究方法,通过对实验班级的教学实验得出研究结论:基于工作过程导向《flash动画设计与制作》课程的教学设计方案激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学习效果,培养了学生关键能力。同时,希望本研究能为中等职业学校专业教学的实践应用提供一定的借鉴。

The secondary occupation education is an important part of our education, along with the rapid development of social economy, science and technology, occupation education has entered a new stage of historical development. At the same time also appeared a lot of problems to be solved, one of the most fundamental question is: training systematic bias, namely training inconsistency between the effect and the market demand. The school attaches great importance to cultivating students' professional knowledge and skills, the key ability of the enterprise is pay attention to employee, between the two close the gap, but the most direct causes the deviation is the curriculum. Therefore, to explore the secondary vocational education curriculum reform, shorten the personnel training and market demand gap is becoming the focus of Vocational education.In this study, the work process oriented idea, the working process, key ability related concept definition, according to the teaching design mode of learners, learning content, learning objectives, learning environment, analysis and design, the teaching strategy, the choice of teaching methods are designed, thus forming design work process oriented "design and production of" flash animation course teaching scheme based on.In the specific implementation process, has selected Beijing Information Management School animation professional 1112 class as the object of study, using questionnaires, observation and interviews and other research methods, through the teaching experiment in two classes, draw the conclusion: teaching design work process oriented "flash animation design and production based on" curriculum, stimulate the students' interest in learning, improve the learning effect, and cultivate students' key abilities. At the same time, I hope that this research can provide some reference for the practical application of teaching medium occupation schools.
