近些年来,国家对中小学生的健康成长问题愈发关注,教育部先后通过印发关于作业、睡眠、手机、读物、体质问题的通知,对中小学生的相关问题做出了明确规定,称为“五项管理”。其中,“睡眠管理”的内容是本项目的出发点与落脚点。本项目扩展了智能穿戴应用的边界,创新性的提出了用智能穿戴+嵌入式网关监测中小学生睡眠质量的解决方案,对此方案的优点和可行性进行了讨论,同时在测试环境中搭建出了从智能穿戴设备到嵌入式网关、物联网平台、云端数据库,最后呈现在可视化页面上的完整数据通路。为之后项目落地进入中小学校园提供了可复现的技术途径。

In recent years, Chinese government has paid more and more attention to the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students. The Ministry of Education has issued a notice on the "five managements", and made clear regulations on homework, sleep, mobile phones, reading materials, and physical fitness of primary and secondary school students. In order to solve the problem of "sleep management" in the five management items, this project expands the boundaries of smart wearable applications, and innovatively proposes a solution to monitor the sleep quality of primary and secondary school students with smart wearables and embedded gateways. The advantages and The feasibility was discussed, and a complete data path from smart wearable devices to embedded gateways, IoT platforms, cloud databases, and finally displayed on the visualization page was built in the test environment. It provides a reproducible technical approach for the subsequent implementation of the project into primary and secondary schools.
