企业战略转型是我国下一轮经济健康发展的前提,有着深远意义。研究战略转型实践已成为企业战略管理领域中愈发重要的课题。伴随着虚拟现实、人工智能、数字孪生技术等新型互联网技术的崛起,加之新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情等全球性问题带来复杂多变的外部环境,中国市场环境已发生了天翻地覆的变化,企业想要在这诸多不确定性中寻求发展并保持优势,面临着前所未有的挑战。

在新技术的不断激发和日趋激烈的“超竞争”环境下,中国企业正在面临增强核心竞争力为基础的战略转型期。本文围绕着数字经济时代下中小科创企业的战略转型和动态能力演化这个主题,基于动态能力理论进行纵向案例研究,构建了“动态能力—战略转型要素—战略转型成效”的理论分析框架。分析V公司在复杂环境下的三次战略转型实践中的动态能力发展及内在演化机制,得出企业转型与变革背景下:

(1) 企业在激荡变动的环境下能够实施战略转型并获得成功的前提与关键是具有之相匹配的动态能力。动态能力通过影响战略转型的关键要素,进而在很大程度上决定了转型成效。具体机理是: 在企业创立探索阶段,环境洞察能力主导的动态能力帮助企业感知并准确把握企业经营环境的动态变化,确定企业实施战略转型的必要性以及转型方向与时机;在企业转型发展阶段,资源整合能力主导的动态能力有助于企业整合内外资源、重构企业资源与能力保障战略转型实施;在扩张发展阶段,创新变革能力为主导的动态能力有助于拓展新的技术应用的价值及边界,为企业带来更多发展可能性,确保转型升级达成。

(2) 动态能力是企业战略转型的一种机制,它对战略转型的影响是持续进行、不断提升的过程,企业只有持续培育和迭代动态能力,才能顺利推进转型的实施进程。也就是说,市场和环境在不断变化,战略转型过程总会面临新情况、新问题,原有的动态能力在战略转型中受到挑战,这时就需要企业持续培育和提升动态能力,从而达到顺利推动转型的目的。

研究探索了中小型科技型企业动态能力发展状态下的成功战略转型,深化了动态理论的实践应用型研究,为V公司积极转型展示了较为全面的历史图景,并对其未来战略转型提供了可实施性建议,也在一定程度上对同类型科创企业的战略转型提供有益的理论借鉴与引导。

The strategic transformation of enterprises is the prerequisite for the next round of healthy economic development in China, which is of far-reaching significance. The study of strategic transformation practice has become an increasingly important topic in the field of corporate strategic management.

With the continuous stimulation of new technologies and the increasingly fierce "ultra-competitive" environment, Chinese enterprises are facing a period of strategic transformation based on enhancing core competitiveness. Focusing on the theme of strategic transformation and dynamic capability evolution of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in the era of digital economy, this paper conducts a longitudinal case study based on dynamic capability theory, and constructs a theoretical analysis framework of "dynamic capability - strategic transformation elements - strategic transformation effectiveness". The actual dynamic capability development and internal evolution mechanism of Company V in the three strategic transformation practices in a complex environment are analyzed:

(1) The specific mechanism is: In the exploration stage of enterprise establishment, the dynamic capability led by environmental insight capability helps enterprises perceive and accurately grasp the dynamic changes of the enterprise operating environment, determine the necessity of strategic transformation of enterprises, and the direction and timing of transformation; In the stage of enterprise transformation and development, the dynamic capability led by resource integration capability helps enterprises integrate internal and external resources, reconstruct enterprise resources and capabilities, and ensure the implementation of strategic transformation. In the stage of expansion and development, the dynamic ability led by innovation and change ability helps to expand the value and boundaries of new technology applications, bring more development possibilities for enterprises, and ensure the achievement of transformation and upgrading.

(2) Dynamic capability is a mechanism of enterprise strategic transformation, and its impact on strategic transformation is a continuous and continuous improvement process, and enterprises can only smoothly promote transformation by continuously cultivating and improving dynamic capabilities.
