本研究从哲学的高度对英才教育价值观的构建进行了论述和分析。从劳动二重性入手推论出教育的本体性质在于技艺的教育和创新的教育,进而推论英才教育是实现教育的创新本体性质的体现,英才教育不仅不会导致教育的不公平,而是为了更好地发挥和实现教育的本体性质的必然结果。在现代社会,面临科技社会的迅猛发展,精英教育必然被新的大众化教育与英才教育所取代。劳动分工的细化必将促使教育更加面向职业。天才、神童作为人类种群中特有的存在,某种意义上说是自然进化、生物多样性的一种表现。对于人类来说,职业就是个人在社会生态系统中起作用的决定因素。天才、神童的职业选择某种程度上决定了他们展现才华的可能与取得成就的大小。换言之,天才能否成为社会需要的英才,有赖于他们对职业的选择和规划。在英才教育中,必须格外重视职业教育,而不是如以往那样把两者割裂和对立起来。 |

This research excellence from the philosophical perspective on the construction of educational values are discussed and analyzed. Starting from the duality of labor I infer that the nature of education lies in education of homo faber and education of innovation, and thus infer that education is to achieve educational excellence and innovative nature of elite. Gifted and talented education not only does not lead to unfair education, but in order to better play and achieve educational inevitable result of the nature of education. In modern society, faced with the rapid development of science and technology community, elite education is bound to be replaced by the new popular education and educational excellence. Refinement of the division of labor will promote a more career-oriented education.Genius, child prodigy as unique human populations exist, in a sense is a natural evolution, biodiversity of a performance. For humans, the job plays a determinant role for individual in ecosystem of society. For genius, a child prodigy, their career choice to manifest their talent and achievements to some extent may be determined. In other words, a genius of excellence can become a social need, depends on their choice of career and planning. In gifted education, we must pay particular attention to vocational education, and not, as in the past, as to both fragmentation and opposition. |
