随着电子商务的发展,社会对电子商务人才的综合实践技能要求也越来越高。职业教育的基本特征是加大实训教学比重,突出应用性、实践性,培养多样化的人才。但从建立电子商务实训系统的实际情况来看,目前的电子商务实验软件存在着诸如仿真性差、指导功能和阶段评估功能弱、综合性不强、易用性差、互动功能不强等问题,直接影响了电子商务人才的培养质量。 本论文试图从教学、管理的角度构建一个符合社会需要的、综合功能更完善的、基于真实数据的电子商务实训系统的理论模型并提出了其应实现的目标。

With the rapid development of e-business,there is the growing demand for the e-business talents in the society as well as the higher requirements for the comprehensive practice skill of the talents. The basic characteristic of vocational education is to strengthen practical teaching, to stress application and practice, and to train diversified talents. Therefore it has the profound significance in developing e-business of the vocational education to develop the e-business practice teaching vigorously and to establish the e-business pratical training system. Actually, there exist many problems with current e-business experimental software such as low simulation quality, weak function in guiding and stage evaluation and poor quality in comprehensiveness, ,utilization and interaction. All these shortages directly affect the training quality of e-business talents.This paper intends to establish a comprehensive e-business experimental platform from the aspects of both teaching and management, which is also fit for the society needs, and this platform is built on the real data with higher composite functions and unique selective functions.This paper altogether is divided into six parts. The introduction part has explained background and significance of the selected title of this paper, thinking of research , research approach, main innovation and literature survey.The second chapter started the part first to introduce the e-business development, then analyzed the e-business talented person's demand condition and the personnel training present situation and the question, finally proposed the function and the significance of constructing e-business synthesized practical system through the comparative analysis on the tested platform to each kind of e-business.The third, fourth and fifth chapters were the key parts of this paper. The paper constructed the theoretical model of the e-business practical system and proposed its goal of how to realize .On this foundation, it is introduced in details the function frame and the flow of e-business synthesized practical system , as well as how to use and design in teaching the system, which has formed a quite perfect architecture.Finally is the conclusion and the forecast part, summarized the conclusion which this thesis studies, as well as future forecast.The paper has made up so many shortcomings in former e-business teaching and practical training that neglected the reform on the business process; neglected the practical application demands of e-business; neglected the new concept and service models of supporting e-business.Overall it proposed the plan of constructing e-business and provided the e-business lab system , suitable for students, enterprises and social demands, which can improve the level of e-business teaching and practical training and can achieve to keep the same developing speed with the world e-business.
