随着超级市场竞争白热化,不少超市选择开通免费班车来拉拢更多消费者。然而,超市免费班车对超市服务范围的扩展作用未被研究证实。以家乐福健翔桥店免费班车路线为例,对超市免费班车对服务范围的影响进行研究。将服务区作为超市服务范围,参考Reilly引力模型划分服务区,并分别参考Reilly引力模型与Huff概率公式,探究超市免费班车对各服务区居民点购物出行提供的交通便利,并以此评价超市免费班车对服务区的扩展作用。结果证明家乐福健翔桥店本身具有一定区位劣势,超市免费班车虽然只在少数服务区的个别点存在绝对交通优势,但在影响范围内半数以上的居民点存在相对交通优势。超市免费班车大部分线路可以提供相对常规公交便利的服务,个别线路能提供比乘坐公交到本服务区超市更便利的服务。免费班车总体达到了扩展服务范围的作用。
外文摘要:
To answer the ongoing disputes over the issue of supermarket shuttle bus, the representative shuttle bus service of Jianxiangqiao Carrefour Branch was selected as research subject. Transportation networks were made based on the data of Beijing bus route and station, the research area was cut into 7390 polygons which were sorted into service areas after calculating the shortest route to closest facility. From the analysis of those service areas it can be summarized that excessive competition existed in the research area and there was great internal variance inside most of the service areas. Based on the time cost of the residential area alongside the super market shuttle bus route, it can be concluded that super market shuttle bus widely supplemented the routine bus system bus but the influence was rather slight, and the capability to compete with the closest other super market was only enhanced in a small number of the residential areas. It can be concluded that the shuttle bus service of Jianxiangqiao Carrefour Branch failed to meet the expected goal satisfactorily.
