随着精神分裂症患者的逐年增加，学界和实务界对于精神分裂症患者的康复开展了诸多研究和实践，旨在提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量。在现实情况中，尽管精神分裂症患者在院内康复过程中接受多种治疗手段以及治疗方式，但对其认知功能、社会交往功能以及生活质量的提高都存在一定局限性。医务社会工作者能否以及如何介入精神分裂患者的院内康复过程、协助患者恢复社会功能？成为本研究关注的核心问题。

利用实习单位“H市精神卫生中心”给予的探索空间，笔者对实习病区内的4名精神分裂患者开展了社工个案服务。本文重点介绍其中的一个个案（案主X）的干预方案。干预服务在复元理论指导下策划和开展，前期针对案主X的服药依从性、社会功能和生活问题应对等方面的不足进行了干预，后期针对案主的家长进行了家庭治理；在前后期的干预过程中，改善医患沟通也是个案服务工作中的重要组成部分。

个案干预取得了预期的结果，社会工作者的介入对于提高患者的服药依从性、扩展患者的家庭支持网络和同辈群体支持网络、增强家属的支持网络、丰富患者的生活、提升患者的社交技能、小范围改善患者院内康复环境都有一定帮助。据家长反馈的消息，案主目前已经回校复学。

本研究有三个重要结论：一、社会工作服务介入精神分裂症患者的院内康复有一定作用，虽然有明显的局限；二、社工协助患者恢复院内社会功能的干预服务，必需与出院后的生活适应能力培养相结合，除非社区康复机构能够承接院外康复职能；三、在服务案主的过程中，案主与工作环境的特殊性会使得社工在精力和情绪上被加速耗竭，因为社工及时的自我觉察十分重要。

As the number of schizophrenic patients increases year by year, many studies and practices have been conducted in academia and practice on the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients, aiming to improve the quality of life of schizophrenic patients. However, in reality, although patients with schizophrenia receive a variety of therapies and treatment modalities during in-hospital rehabilitation, there are limitations in improving their cognitive functioning, social interaction functioning, and quality of life.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of social work case method intervention in the process of in-hospital rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients. This article was written based on the author's practice experience in a professional internship at a mental health center in H city. The article begins with a review of existing literature and summarizes the current situation of in-hospital rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients. On its basis the author's internship experience is given to discuss the effectiveness of in-hospital rehabilitation for schizophrenic patients and the reasons for poor rehabilitation. During the internship, the author used the restoration theory as a perspective to intervene in the unfavorable factors in the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients by using case counseling, family therapy, and enhancing doctor-patient communication. The results showed that the intervention of social workers was helpful in improving patients' medication adherence, expanding patients' family support network and peer group support network, enhancing the support network of family members, enriching patients' lives, enhancing patients' social skills, and improving the in-hospital rehabilitation environment of patients on a small scale.
