本文通过对国家级非物质文化遗产代表作名录项目“河图洛书传说”保护实践的田野研究，辨析当下“活化”实践多元主体的互动对该项目传续产生的影响，讨论非物质文化遗产作为活态遗产如何能够活态地可持续发展，进而反思整体保护原则在民间文学类非遗项目保护过程中的落地实践。

本文首置绪论，尾置结语，正文部分分为三章。

绪论部分，阐述了研究缘起，并从活态遗产与“活化”实践研究、从文化空间到民间文学传续的民俗场的研究、民间文学类非遗研究、传承人相关研究四个方面对本论文所涉及的文献进行了综述，又对研究方法和关键概念的界定进行了呈现。为了辅助理解文中涉及的各类事象，也对笔者的田野过程进行了简要阐述。

第一章介绍河图洛书传说的整体情况，展现它在遗产化过程和河洛生态文化保护实验区的建设实践中所经历的变与不变。经历了遗产化过程的河图洛书传说，既是河洛文化体系的一个重要组成部分，又为其发展和提升提供着持续的内生动力。它并非作为传说而单一存在，而是存在于由特定环境的空间、物、人混同而成的文化整体中。

第二章呈现河图洛书传说从静态的文物式保护到传承人认定及新传说再生产的“活化”实践转向过程，揭示了进行这种活态传承的原因和必要性。河图洛书传说对文物维系具有较高的依赖性，这深刻地影响了传承人及传承群体的认定。当地依托文物所提供的诠释与证明，开展地方性的保护与传承，并使得文物式保护成为了河图洛书传说当代存续的显著特征。对于活态具有可传承性的口头传递部分，需要突出人的主体地位，关注传承人与传承群体的复杂样态，并从传说的持续再生产中挖掘可能性。

第三章呈现河图洛书传说在景区开发、社区移徙和传播机制发展的所处环境变化中，所经历的包括社区日常实践、教育传承、民俗场展演在内的整体性保护实践。通过整体性保护和构建新场域，能够规避社区的一些商业开发带来的负向性的影响，赋予传说持续的生命力。

结语部分，回顾本文的立足视角，总结各章的研究工作和所获得的理论结果。“活化”实践需要全程坚持整体性保护原则，整体性保护是活态保护的必要条件、必然要求和必选项。

Through field research on the safeguarding practice of the national intangible cultural heritage representative list project "Legends of Hetu Luoshu", this paper analyzes the impact of the interaction of multiple subjects in the current "activation" practice on the continuation of the project, and then reflects on the implementation practice of the overall safeguarding principle in the safeguarding process of folklore intangible cultural heritage projects.

In addition to the Introduction and Conclusion, this dissertation is composed of three main chapters.

The introduction part expounds the origin of the research, and summarizes the literature involved in this paper from four aspects: the research on living heritage and "activation" practice, the research on folk field from cultural space to the transmission of folk literature, the research on intangible cultural heritage of folk literature, and the research on inheritors and presents the definition of research methods and key concepts. In order to help understand the various things involved in the article, the author's field process is also expounded.

Chapter one introduces the whole situation of Legends of Hetu Luoshu, and shows the changes and what has experienced in the process of heritage and the construction practice of Heluo ecological culture protection experimental area.

Chapter two presents the practice of "activation" of Legends of Hetu Luoshu from static safeguarding of cultural relics to identification of inheritors and reproduction of new legends, and reveals the reasons and necessity of carrying out this kind of living inheritance.

Chapter three presents the holistic safeguarding practices of the Legends of Hetu Luoshu, including community daily practice, education inheritance and folk exhibition, in the environment changes of scenic area development, community migration and communication mechanism development.

The conclusion part reviews the perspective of this paper, summarizes the research work of each chapter and the theoretical results obtained. The safeguarding of "activation" requires adhering to the principle of holistic protection throughout the entire process, and holistic protection is a necessary condition, requirement, and option for active safeguarding.
