随着人类信息技术的不断深入和工业化、后工业化时代的到来，网络技术对人类社会、文化和心理的影响日渐显现。网络的娱乐性日益凸显，网络狂欢一场接一场上演。纵观近年备受关注的几大网络事件和网络人物，都与网友的围观与炒作密不可分。本文以尼尔•波兹曼的技术垄断理论为指导，通过解读典型网络事件，指出信息过剩、网络无聊已成为当下文化传播的重要情境。并从网络运营商、网络推手、网民心理和网络技术本身等主客观方面，全面分析从信息过剩到网络无聊现象产生的原因，进而针对性地提出建设性的应对策略，有效控制信息过剩，避免网络无聊现象的蔓延。

In recent years，with the development of network technology，the entertainment of network has become increasingly prominent．In this article，the author interprets the typical network events，and chooses Neil Postman's technological monopoly theory as a guide，presenting that information overabundance and Internet boredom has become important cultural communication situations.After careful study，the author put forward constructive strategy targeted, in order to control information overabundance and avoid the phenomenon of internet boredom spread effectively.
