随着社会经济的发展,人们物质生活得到满足,开始关注心理层面的状态。近年来,伴随着积极心理学的发展热潮,主观幸福感成为研究的焦点,过往研究集中在成人领域,那么对于新生代青少年,他们的主观幸福感状况如何?父母、同伴、教师作为影响青少年成长发展的重要他人,他们是如何共同影响青少年主观幸福感的呢?过往关于青少年人际关系与其主观幸福感的综合性研究涉猎较少,使得这些问题没有得到很好的回答,因此展开了本研究,探讨亲子关系、同伴关系、师生关系对主观幸福感的共同作用机制。并基于生态系统理论和依恋理论、相关实证研究以及青少年人际关系的特点,构建了一个有调节的中介模型:同伴关系在亲子关系和主观幸福感之间起中介作用,在该中介模式中,直接效应和间接效应都受到了师生关系的调节。 本研究采用方便取样的方法,以班级为单位给甘肃省、湖南省四所中学的510名中学生发放问卷,对青少年的亲子关系、同伴关系、师生关系、主观幸福感进行了调查,并使用SPSS21.0和SPSS PROCESS分析处理数据。结果表明:(1)当今青少年主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平,其在性别上不存在显著差异,但在年级上存在显著差异;(2)青少年亲子关系、同伴关系、师生关系均能显著正向预测其主观幸福感;(3)同伴关系在亲子关系和主观幸福感的关系间起部分中介作用;(4)亲子关系影响主观幸福感的直接路径受到了师生关系的调节;(5)亲子关系经由同伴关系影响主观幸福感的中介路径受师生关系的调节,该调节效应出现在中介路径的前半段。

With the development of society and economy, people who live a rich life begin to care the mental health. In recent years, positive psychology become popular. Subjective well-being has become the focus of research. However, the past research mainly focused on the field of adult, so how about the new generation’s Subject well-being? How do parents, companions and teachers affect the growth and development of young people, how do they affect Subjective well-being of young people? These questions need some new and integrated studies to answer, but it covered less. Therefore I launched this study to discuss the mechanism of effect of parent-child relationship, peer relationship, teacher-student relationship on Subjective well-being. Based on the correlation theory, empirical research and the characteristics of adolescents' interpersonal relationship, I try to construct a mediated mediation model: peer relationship plays a mediating role between parent-child relationship and Subjective well-being, and in this mediation model, both direct and indirect effects are regulated by the teacher-student relationship. This study used a random sampling method to collect data. I sent 510 questionnaires to middle school students from four middle schools in Gansu Province and Hunan Province. The parent-child relationship, peer relationships, teacher-student relationship, and Subjective well-being were investigated. I used the SPSS21.0 and SPSS PROCESS to analyze and process the data. The results showed that: (1) Subjective well-being of the present adolescents is above average. There is no significant difference in Subjective well-being in gender, but there are significant differences in grades. (2) Parent-child relationship, peer relationship, teacher-student relationship can significantly positively predict their Subjective well-being. (3) Peer relationships play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between parent-child relationship and subjective well-being; (4) The direct path of parent-child relationship affecting subjective well-being is regulated by teacher-student relationship; (5) The mediational path of parent-child relationship affecting Subjective well-being via peer relationships is mediated by the teacher-student relationship, which occurs in the first half of the mediation pathway.
