广播电视事业的迅速发展，带动了广播电视播音主持行业的兴盛。但是，活跃在各地声屏的播音员、主持人的职业素质却令人堪忧,最直接的外部表现就是语言表达艺术的缺乏。语言失范，表达平庸、低俗者不在少数。播音员、主持人在大众传播中充当着媒体代言人的角色，对大众的审美情趣和语言行为有着示范引导作用，因此其语言艺术缺乏所带来的负面影响不可低估，需要引起业界重视关注。本文对当前我国播音主持语言艺术失落的种种现象如求新求异，语言失范；过度娱乐，语言低俗；语言平庸苍白，缺乏语言技巧等进行了分析，对语言艺术失落现象产生的原因，从社会背景、用人机制、教育培养等方面进行探究，并对提高播音主持语言艺术品质，促进行业的良性发展，提出自己的建议和思考。笔者认为：广播电视播音员、主持人既是新闻传播者，又是运用有声语言进行再创作的语言艺术工作者，因此必须在坚持新闻性的同时，坚守语言传播的艺术标准和艺术品质，提高自身语言艺术表达功力，达到恰切的思想内容与尽可能完美的艺术形式的统一，为受众奉献内容丰厚、形式活泼、审美健康的高品质的广播电视节目，以实现媒体和受众之间的良性互动，促进我国广播电视事业的健康发展。

The rapid development of radio and television career has driven the development of broadcasting industry. However, the quality of the announcers and hosts in China is worried. The most direct performance is the losing of language art, language anomie, expression of mediocrity and vulgar. Announcers and hosts serve as the media spokesperson role in mass communication. The behavior of the announcers and hosts guides the people's aesthetic taste and language behavior. So the radio and television field must pay high attention on the negative effect brought by the language art of missing. This paper studies on the current China's broadcasting and hosting art lost language phenomenon. This paper explores the language art of lost causing from the social background, employment mechanism and education perspective. The researcher of the paper puts forward the thinking and suggestion on how to improve the quality of broadcasting and hosting art of language and how to promote the benign development of industry. In the author’s opinion, the announcers and hosts are not only the news dissemination but also language art workers. So we must persist in adhering to the language art and artistic quality at the same time. The announcers and hosts must improve their own language expression ability to achieve good ideological content and artistic form of the perfect unity. The announcers and hosts must devote content rich, lively style, aesthetic and healthy quality of radio and television programs to audience, in order to achieve of benign interaction between the media and the audience and promote China's radio and television industry's healthy development.
