高校体育资源现状调查是个常新的课题，高校体育要发展，关键是合理配置体育资源，提高现有体育资源的利用率。体育资源是高校开展体育教育和运动训练的物质保证。调研高校体育资源的意义就在于它随时间、空间不断变化着。摸清高校体育资源，是我们合理安排体育教学，规划高校体育发展，开展体育社会服务的基础工作。九江市高校经升格、合并后，体育资源发生了很大变化，具体状况如何，没有具体的报告。本研究对九江市高校的体育资源的人力资源、物质资源、资本资源、信息资源等方面进行了详实的调查，对其中的问题进行了剖析，并提出了合理的建议，对九江市高校的体育工作具有现实的指导意义。本研究的调查发现，九江市高校的师资结构欠合理，科研能力不强，体育场馆、体育器材缺乏且分布不均匀，资金投入少，教学科研信息化水平低。这些问题成为制约高校体育工作发展的障碍。建议我们要从整体上研究高校的体育资源，做好九江市高校的体育资源规划，合理配置，突出效率，使九江市高校的体育资源在满足体育教学训练的同时，带动社会体育的发展，提供体育社会服务。

Sport resource is the material guarantee for sport education and training in high education institutes. To develop the cause of sport education in high education institutes, the key is to organize, allocate and use the sport resource reasonably and efficiently. Therefore, to know the real status is very important and it is the pre-condition to organize the sport education reasonably, to plan the development of sport education in high education institutes and to provide sport service to the society. Unfortunately, there is no report on big consequential changes after the integral and upgrade of high education institutes in Jiujiang. This study collected data and facts of the sport resources in perspective of human resource, material, capital and information in high education institutes in Jiujiang, finding out some problems and proposed solutions to them after careful analysis which would be a good reference to the improvement in leadership and organization of sport resource in high education institutes in Jiujiang. This study shows that the organization structure of the sport teacher is not reasonable, capabilities of research of teachers weak, sport gymnasium and instrument short and not in well allocation, lack of capital investment in Jiujiang. All above are the obstacles to the development of sport education. It is suggested that we plan, organize and use sport resource reasonably and efficiently through study of sport resource in high education institute in whole to meet the demands of both sport education and training from the high education institutes and sport requirement from the society.
