网络游戏作为文化产品已经成为人民文化生活中的重要组成部分，随之而来的“网络游戏成瘾”等社会问题也引发社会讨论，影响个人身心健康和社会的和谐发展。本研究在文献综述的基础上，提出研究问题，从特质性游戏心流体验出发，探讨在特质性游戏心流到网络游戏成瘾的路径中，感知社会支持和人格特质中的外倾性的影响关系。研究通过问卷调查的方式，研究收集了403份有效问卷，通过数据分析建立了一个有调节的中介模型。

通过数据分析研究发现：首先，感知社会支持和人格特质中的外倾性在特质性游戏心流和网络游戏成瘾的关系中发挥着中介作用，其次，人格特质中的外倾性在感知社会支持对心流与成瘾之间的关系的中介作用中起到调节作用。

本文从理论角度丰富了网络游戏成瘾研究中的个人心理特质研究的实证数据，从实践角度，研究结果对规避成瘾风险，引导用户尤其是青年群体拥有更健康的游戏体验有一定的启发意义。

As a cultural phenomenon, online games have become integral to people's lives. The emergence of social issues such as "online game addiction" has sparked extensive societal discussions, impacting both the physical and mental well-being of individuals and the harmonious development of society. Drawing upon a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the relationship between perceived social support and extraversion in personality traits within the context of trait game flow, ultimately examining its influence on online game addiction. A total of 403 valid questionnaires were collected through a survey, and data analysis established a moderated mediation model.

Findings from the data analysis revealed that: firstly, perceived social support and extraversion in personality traits mediate the relationship between trait game flow and online game addiction; secondly, extraversion in personality traits moderates the mediating effect of perceived social support on flow and addiction.

Theoretically, this paper contributes empirical evidence regarding individual psychological traits in understanding online game addiction. From a practical standpoint, these research findings hold significant implications for mitigating addictive risks and guiding users toward healthier gaming experiences, particularly among young individuals.
