高等职业教育作为国家公共事业的重要组成部分,为经济社会发展提供了大量技术性、实用性基础人才,在一定层面上说高等教育的发展直接影响社会的发展进程。 我国的高等职业教育经过几十年的发展,取得了巨大成就。高职教育的发展为我国高等教育的大众化和国家经济的发展做出了突出贡献。随着国家政府的大力支持,我国的高等职业教育从进入新世纪以后越来越被广泛关注。高职教育中的护理专业也随着我国政府对人的价值、人的健康、人的生活质量的重视,逐步吸引了更多的关注。 在新世纪里,护士是护理的计划者、提供者、管理者、协调者以及健康教育者。然而我国的高职护理教育过程中,并没有摆脱生物医学的模式,一直按照临床的的专业设置来设定护理课程,学生一直处于被动地位,自主性和主观能动性得不到发挥;作为高职院校最重要特点的实践教学,也存在管理不规范、政府的投入不足等问题,导致实践活动得不到有效保障,因此,亟需突破以往传统教育模式的制约,着力构建现代高职护理教育体系。 为此,本文从高职护理教育培养目标着手,研究高职护理教育既有模式的不足,基于建构主义学习理论的主要观点:学生是学习的主体,要培养学生的主动性和创造性,在实践中锻炼学生的动手能力,提出依据建构主义学习理论以学生为主体的主旨,以培养高等技术应用性护理专门人才为目标,加强素质教育和学习者的主动参与探索,进而重组护理课程。 由于高职教育市场不是一个完全竞争的市场,并不能自主创造收益,教育资源并不能得到有效的保障,所以应加大政府对高职教育的投入,供给,制度等方面的干预,确保实践教学的有效开展。 本文创新之处在于将建构主义理论与高职护理教育具体情况相结合,提出了构建融传授知识,培养能力、提高素质于一体的全新课程体系,以此为社会的经济发展提供大量技术性、实用性基础人才,立足于基本教育现状,着眼于实际推进,更重要的在于,能较好的破解制约高职护理教育发展的普遍性瓶颈难题:重组护理课程,培养自主学习,增强实训实练,加强政府引导,重视企业参与,鼓励社会扶持,建立校企合作。

Higher vocational education as an important component of national public utilities, for economic and social development provides a number of technical talents, practical basis, to a certain level of higher education development process directly affects the development of society. Development of vocational education has made outstanding contributions for the popularization and development of china’s national economy. With the strongly support of the government,china’s higher vocational education has more and more attention since entering the new century.The development needs which make the nursing staff plays a more important mission. In the new centucentury, the nurse undertakes duties of "to promote and maintain health, disease prevention, rehabilitation, help ease the pain of is nursing the planners、providers and managers, coordinators and health education.However, in a process of our vocational nursing education , in the curriculum has been affected by the biomedical model, imitate the clinical medical professional curriculum mode, in the teaching content and fail to fully reflect the characteristics and the development of nursing discipline, humanities and social science knowledge seriously insufficient, teaching methods have been adopted are teachers and the main teaching method is one-way indoctrination in classes and books, the students in a passive position, autonomy and initiative can not play, the practice is not guaranteed, therefore, we need break through the restriction of traditional education mode, focus on building a modern vocational nursing education system. Especially the deeply on the training objective of higher vocational education, explore a new path for the long-term development of higher vocational education, to provide a large number of technical talents, practical foundation for economic and social development, and to break the constraints of care development "talent bottleneck." In this paper, from the training objective of vocational nursing education, study on vocational nursing education that is inadequate model, based on the learning theory of constructivist, and put forward base on the constructivist learning theory to the students as the main body, in order to cultivate the thrust of higher technology applied to foster care expertise as the goal, to Active participation in the exploration to strengthen the quality education and learning, then proposed according to the life cycle model of recombinant nursing courses, combined with characteristics of higher vocational education, puts forward the evaluation system of reverse teaching plan and teaching quality goal oriented, and inject new vitality into the system of nursing curriculum in Higher Vocational colleges.Because of the higher vocational education is not a fully competitive market, independent does not generate revenues, education resources and can't get effective safeguard, so should increase government spending on higher vocational education, supply, intervention in aspects of system, ensure the effective development of practice teaching. The innovation of this paper lies in the theory of constructivism and the education to combine with the specific conditions, proposed to build impart knowledge, build capacity and improve the quality of the new curriculum. Based on the current situation of basic education, focusing on the real progress, more importantly, that can be better to break the constraints of the development of nursing vocational education; the bottleneck problem: the training the target tightly, the recombinant nursing courses, cultivation of autonomous learning, strengthen the training of real practice, improve the quality assurance,Strengthen government guide, Attaches great importance to the enterprises to participate in,Encourage social support ,Establish university-enterprise cooperation.
