舞蹈科学家鲁道夫·拉班将人体宇宙的运动规律进行研究与总结,建立了拉班动作分析。它在西方被各界专家们运用于与动作相关的学科之中,着力于探寻人类身心关系。人以躯体形式而客观存在,动作中表现外在躯体的内在意识倾向,而舞蹈是动作的美化与提炼。因此舞蹈艺术乃人类表达的至高境界,它作为语言之母与艺术之母,无处不渗透着内心的情感意识。身体动作作为舞蹈学科的本体存在,拉班动作分析更应发挥其最大效应。拉班动作分析中的力效学说揭示动作本源,透露着动作的内在意识,并赋予了动作以意义和内涵。

将力效应用于在舞蹈学科中,无论是舞蹈编创或是舞蹈评鉴阶段,无一不可通过力效进入到动作的内在表达世界之中,编创者与鉴赏者能够更好地连接动作与内心表达。在舞蹈呈现阶段,舞者对于情绪的把控、对于角色的塑造都传递着“动作表达性”。因此面对高校舞蹈专业的学生,他们正在经历着“动作表达性”的学习与表现,本文主要从面向他们的教学角度进行切入,以力效理论的课程作为研究对象,以学生的“动作表达性”为主要观察对象,通过对于力效理论的学习、教学观察与教学实践,对研究过程中所使用的多种教学途径与方法进行阐述,并借鉴教育学的教育目标、课程评价理论体系,来分析力效教学中最为合适且高效的教学方法,从而获得力效对于舞蹈专业学生的“动作表达性”所产生具体价值。望在未来的舞蹈专业学生培养模式中,融入力效教学,对于学生在舞蹈“动作表达性”的教学提升中献出绵薄之力。

Rudolf Laban who is called dance scientist studied and summarized themovement rules of the human body and finally established the rules as LabanMovement Analysis. In the West countries, it has been specifically applied innumerous movements-related subjects in order to explore the relationship between human body and mind in western countries. Human beings exist objectively in the form of bodies, their movements show the internal conscious tendency of external bodies and dance is the beautification and refinement of movements. Therefore, dance art is the highest realm of human expression. As the mother of language and art, it permeates the inner emotional consciousness everywhere. Effort theory reveals the root cause of action, disclosing the inner attitude of action and the connotation and meaning for the action. Body movement as the noumenon of dance discipline, Laban Movement Analysis should exert its maximum effect. In Laban Movement Analysis, Effort theory reveals the root cause of action, disclosing the inner attitude of action and the connotation and meaning for the action.

When Effort is applied to dance, no matter in the choreography or dance evaluation, It must be possible to use Effort to see into the inner expressive world of action, so that the choreographer and the appreciator can better connect movement and inner expression. In the process of dance presentation, dancers' control of emotions and shaping of roles all convey "Movement Expressiveness". Therefore, students majoring in dance in colleges and universities are experiencing the learning and performance of "expressive movement". This thesis will cut from the viewpoint of teaching, in order to force the curriculum of Effort as the research object, with students "Movement expressiveness" as the main target of observation, through to the study of the theory of Effort, teaching observation and teaching practice, used in the research process of a variety of teaching ways and methods is expounded. Referring to the educational objectives of pedagogy and the theoretical IIsystem of curriculum evaluation to analyze the most appropriate and efficient teaching methods of Effort teaching, and obtain the specific value of Effort for dance students' "movement expression". It is hoped that in the future training mode of dance major students, the power effect teaching will be integrated, so as to contribute to the improvement of dance "movement expression" teaching for students.
