痰热清注射液是治疗痰热阻肺证常用的一种中药复方注射液,具有清热、解毒抗炎等功效,有调节机体免疫力的作用。代谢组学是一门研究在受到外部环境影响之后或者在内部基因的调节之下,生物体内发生的能够在生命活动的代谢层面留下印迹的差异物代谢的性质、数量、种类以及代谢物的变化规律的科学。  

论文对痰热清注射液的中药组分如金银花,熊胆粉,黄芩等进行文献综述,建立已知成分数据库,鉴别其中所含的化学成分,为实验的开展提供依据。运用代谢组学的分析技术对痰热清注射液进行研究,从差异性代谢物的生物代谢通路上寻找相关的糖类,脂质,氨基酸等上游的关键基因,揭开痰热清注射液和基因调控对机体病理状态可能起到的作用,对于科学解释痰热清注射液的药理作用具有重要意义。

外文摘要:

Tanreqing is an injection made up of some Chinese herbs, which can be used in the treatment of phlegm heat obstruction lung syndrome in clinic. It has the functions of clearing away heat, detoxifying, anti-inflammation, and regulating the immunity of organism. Metabonomics is a science on the metabolic level of life activities. It focuses on the nature, quantity, species and the change regulation of different metabolites that occur in the organism after being affected by the external environment or under the regulation of internal genes.

This thesis makes a literature review of the traditional Chinese medicine components of Tanreqing injection such as honeysuckle, bear bile powder, scutellaria, etc., establish a database of known ingredients, identify the contained chemical ingredients, and provide a basis for the experiment. Using metabolomics analysis technology to study Tanreqing injection, find related key genes such as sugars, lipids and amino acids from the biological metabolic pathways of differential metabolites, and explore the possible role that Tanreqing injection and gene regulation play on the pathological state of the body. It is of great significance for the scientific explanation of the pharmacological effects of Tanreqing injection.
